Ordered from here when we were staying in Falls Church a couple days ago. Order arrived quickly (delivered to our hotel room), and the food was great. Excellent pizza and cheese sticks.

The garlic spinach white pizza with tomato and feta is SO good. A reliable favorite I have been getting for years and never wavers in quality. They also have a great buffalo chicken salad and gyro salad!

I called on March 21st to order 8 pizzas for a party the next day and asked the manager at the Falls Church branch if there was a discounted price for a large order. He said the price would be the same if I were to order online and did not offer to take my order. I then called Papajohns in Falls Church and was treated well. I know my decision was correct for me. I really was not trying to pull a scam on Paisanos, but it felt like the manager was irritated that I called during his busy time instead of ordering online.

The food is always decent for the price but tonight, my experience has made me decide I will never go back here again. I ordered a burger, single patty, no bread. I pick it up and open it when I get home(I live 5 mins away) to find that the meat is cold, there is a single onion, and half a tomato. I couldn’t make a meal of this if I tried. So I called the restaurant, which I don’t usually do, but this time was just too much. The manager refused to talk to me twice. I spoke to someone else (who was extremely nice) who said that the manager told him “no one else has called to complain about the burgers tonight so there is nothing they can do.” I said that made no sense. I still have the food untouched and I would like to bring it back and get a refund or get a replacement. So the nice guy talks to the manager again and comes back saying he was told “since they would just be throwing it away, they can’t accept it back and there is nothing they can do.” This manager is horrible…. They didn’t have the decency to get on the phone with me and talk to me directly, rather making the front guy deal with this, which is completely inappropriate and unfair for him AND what kind of policy is it that NO ONE ELSE HAS CALLED TO COMPLAIN SO WE CANT DO ANYTHING?! Save your money and go to McDonald’s or dominos or literally anywhere else. I threw away my money tonight but at least I won’t be sick after eating rotten meat. Needless to say I won’t ever be going back and you shouldn’t go either.

Once again your app has screwed me over, I ordered a pizza at 6 pm and I get to the location for pick up and it did not go through. This is the second time in just a month that this has happened. What is wrong with your crap app. I enjoy your pizza on occasion but you keep f'ing me every time. When I talk to the manager he goes it the app I have nothing to do with it. So hear iam wasting my time for 20 minutes waiting for a ok pizza at tops. Last time ordering and I hope your last order on your app from anyone. Use someone else because the aholes don't care one bit. Only in for the money and cheap labor to pay these kids doing the .

It's pretty straightforward delicious subs and pizzas .. the food came out hot and quick .. they even check on me to see how the meal was.. The small store front seating makes it feel like your in a big city like New York The cashier here deserves a lot of praise
Walked in the front door, was the only person there and while two employees acknowledged me, they were both apparently too busy to take my order as they walked away. I left after waiting for several minutes.

Been a customer of this place since they opened at this location, order food twice monthly. Saturday afternoon ordered pizza and side salad to eat inside. I forgot to order anchovies with our pizza and ask the gentleman behind the cash register to add them to my order and he said my original order was closed out and I could not purchase them. I found this strange but did not pursue it any further. I was willing to pay the $2.99 for them so why couldn't he take my money? Or for that matter just give me a few if he had problems ringing them up. I assume he was a manager as he had a bunch of keys attached to his belt. He was not at all a pleasant fellow about the whole situation, and I found this just mean-spirited on his part. So please train your staff how to interact with customers and be more people person oriented. We won't return and will no longer recommend your restaurant.
