Women do not know anything about customer service and the person in charge of this establishment or boss does not know how to train those poorly educated women who work there. On the phone and in person. Pure garbage attitude and it shows that the boss does not care how these people treat customers.

Tried San Miguel Cafe for the first time in Falls Church, VA. I ordered the Plato Tipico and Carne Guisada. The Plato Tipico came with a pupusa, pork tamale, grilled steak and rice and beans. The Carne Guisada was filled with beef, carrots, potatoes and squash served with rice. Personally I really enjoyed the Plato Tipico with the variety of things it offered and how tasty all elements were. The rice and beans were the best rice and beans I have ever had. Portions were pretty large for the price you pay, so definitely a great value. Is it the cleanest place? No, but it's your no frills hole in the wall serving good food.

Super terrible service, the cashiers did not attend to me because they were talking to each other, the tripe soup was super salty and over seasoned, the belly was and looked old, the vegetables were ruined, and lastly the soup was lukewarm, not hot at all. What they sell is old from days oh possibly weeks of being refrigerated there is no way I would eat at this place where the food doesn't taste authentic.
We have already eaten there before but we went on Saturday, December 10, 2023 and when they gave us the food I ordered some roast ribs and they were half cooked but they had a burnt taste and I don't know what happened to the beef soup because we didn't add lemon and sap to it. acid I was sick to my stomach the rest of the day yesterday and today I still haven't eaten so I still feel bad and it's already 8 at night

I ordered a chicken sandwich, they make it like a sub, and also tamales (which are cooked with chicken inside). I would like to recommend the cook to take out the skin and the bones! I paid $8.00 for the sandwich and more than $2.00 for each tamal - bought 10, this is the kind of food someone would give a beggar (not me, but some) I paid a fair amount of money for chicken meat not just skin. Horrible food when it comes to chicken. I know money is tight, but I am a paying customer

I usually visit the restaurant in Springfield. They used to have an amazing lunch buffet (need to bring back). The food is still good and consistent. If you want good food not overly price along with some good desserts, it worth a visit.
