Hello Sharetea Management/ OwnerI would like to share my frustration. I hope this location will do better.This is not the first time and not second time that I had an issue with this location ordering food- The first time I order the fried chicken large, I received a small portion which I walked away and didn’t check, fine that’s my fault that I didn’t carefully checked because I trust the place .- The second time where my wife ordered the same fried chicken in large size, she received a smaller portion, same thing, but this time fortunately, she checked and correct the staff. Staff member work at that time. She was very helpful and happy and very good customer service.- today I order online since I have experience many time this place make the food very long usually take 30 minutes I completely understand that so I ordered the same fried chicken online at 5:51 when I get to the store from my place to this location took about 30 minutes drive-and it’s still haven’t been finished. I have to wait an extra 10 minutes for the staff to go make it.my question is what’s the point of ordering online then it shouldn’t be fast Convenience .

Everything is good but they are the slowest place ever there is always like one person doing everything taking orders, making drinks and food. It takes 30+min to get your order and even if ordered online you get there and still have to wait! I love their drinks but I can’t go there no more

After dim sum at Hong Kong Pearl, I stopped by Sharetea for a refreshing beverage. I tried the Mango Green Tea at 0% sugar and 50% ice, and with Ai-Yu jelly. I felt that it was still too sweet for me!

Love that the drinks here are not too overly sweet. My go to drink here is the Okinawa Pearl Milk Tea. You get that unique black tea, milkiness, and slightly sweet brown sugar. The pearls are always the right consistency! Always quick and friendly service.

The Taro milk tea was not it, tasted like protein powder. The mango passion fruit tea was also one of the worst I ever had, it was way too sweet and that's saying something coming from me lol. I ended up getting tea from my tried and true spot after.
