The lady did not know how to make my drink. I asked for oat milk, and then she made it with whole milk. She then couldn't figure out how to find or open the oat milk, so went to get her manager. She then hid in the associates place for around 15 minutes before coming back and finally making my correct drink. However, she put way to much whipped cream for a drink with non - dairy milk. I didn't get anything compensated for my time, like an upgrade to a venti or the 70cent oat milk free.

Be careful using credit cards or gift cards here! They will add tip without you knowing! I used a gift card and they added 20% gratuity without my knowledge. I brought the receipt back with my card transaction and they actually got upset with me! She handed me a $4 drink card and left the tip on my card still. Check your card statement immediately or pay cash!

It's a little weird to have this Starbucks when I could see another one across the street but I can understand the appeal of convenience for some when shopping at HT. The person who helped me was decently friendly. I had two gift cards and he let me know the remaining balances after I bought my latest drink. I liked the dried chunks of dragonfruit and overall the tea wasn't too sweet. Of course the ambiance probably can't compare to an actual Starbucks location but for one within a grocery store it fit expectations.
