I have always liked Subway, but lately I noticed that if you go at certain times of the day, the sub rolls get hard on the ends to the point where I need to break part of the roll off. Yes, break.Not sure if it's the cabinets they keep them in that get opened and closed all day, or they are making too many at a time and they end up sitting longer, but they need to check them before they use them. Otherwise they may need to stop using the word "fresh" everywhere.Vegetarian options: They have a few.Kid-friendliness: It's a fast-food restaurant.

My first experience at this location as I went in with a coupon and I showed that to the staff and they told me that the coupon should work. I place the order accordingly and later they told me that the coupon couldn’t work than the manager by the name of Karina came in and told me that I was a liar. She still didn’t honor the coupon, but rather offered me a bag of chips and a drink when I refused to take the order I confirmed that if this was my sandwich, they said yes I took the sandwich and guess what it was someone else food . Worst experience ever I wish I could have given them zero stars.

It's a Subway. Let's be honest, even with the new offerings, it's not going to win excitement awards. Am a bit shocked by their price increases. It used to be a great value, now it's so so. A lot of this is probably inflation related, but the jump seems preposterous. They do have the very good Asiago cheese bread. That does make a difference.The store itself is quite clean. Also the tables and chairs work well. Often I'll bring in the kindle to read while dining. It's certainly not upscale, but you can do worse. Nice employees get you taken care of quickly. There are times it's a little busy, but such is the case of fast food places.

Yelp says 3 stars is "okay", 2 stars is "could've been better", so I went with 2.2 nights ago, I ordered delivery of a footlong sub, 4 bags of chips, and some cookies.When I got the order, 2 bags of chips were missing. I called the store, and Shumi (manager, not sure the spelling is right, but that's what her name sounds like) offered me a free 6" sub on my next order. She said she would "leave a message for all my employees" to make sure I got the freebie.I ordered a sub tonight. I wanted a footlong, but only ordered a 6", because I had the free 6" coming. Together, they would make my footlong.Then, just to be sure, I called the store. I had a hard time making myself understood because the employee's English wasn't fluent. But after a few minutes, she understood, and things got easier. She was unaware of any promised free sub, and when she looked in "the system" there was no information there about my compensatory gift. Shumi was not on this shift to verify anything, and no one else there had the authority to honor the deal.The bottom line is that either I'm going to have to catch Shumi at work and remind her she failed to communicate with her employees, or coordinate my appetite with her working hours and order food again, directly from her.Any way you look at it, it's more of a dance than it oughta be. And this isn't the first time one of my orders has been shorted. It doesn't happen every time, but enough to get under my skin. This is just the first time I've "yelped" about it. I guess it boils down to this: If you're not in this store personally to watch your order being made, it's subject to error at any time.TBF, the food's always good from this store, and I've never had to wait overly long for it. And prices are decent. It's just their delivery accuracy and internal communication with each other that leaves something to be desired.

This little Subway Sandwich restaurant is busier than all get out! Why?! Because the wraps & sandwiches here are indeed the freshest around — big time! I’m talking a finely done up meal by friendly, hardworking peeps behind the counter. All enjoyed while seated in a very clean booth.
