I often visit this place with my colleagues, but unfortunately, we consistently encounter issues with the customer service, particularly from the cashier who displays rude behavior and overcharges us. Despite providing receipts, the cashier refuses to verify or issue refunds. Regrettably, due to these recurring experiences, I have decided to refrain from patronizing this establishment in the future. I don't recommend this place.

Stay away! This place sucks. The cashier guy basically scams and overcharge every single one of our orders. Be aware of the price gouging. So my coworker ordered the same chicken and all of us got different prices. The owner was rude and he got an attitude problem. I’m only putting one star because I can’t leave lesser than 1 star. Stay away, take ur business somewhere who deserves your money. SCAM, PRICE GOUGING AND RUDE!!! STAY AWAY!

the food was dry, and charged myself and 3 coworker all different prices up charged and when asked to correct. the menu and prices changed. order half chicken with 3 sides and soda. 18.59 price on the menu but charged $25 when asked to correct and explain. the owner spoke to us in indian language and told us we can leave. do not go here. they are scamming customers and have birds flying into the place. bad food hygienic and customer service and the food is left open and dry. take your money to guapos. way better and dont scam.

Absolutely terrible place with 0 accountability! Order a couple of Pollo Soltados which were under cooked, then the (Indian) owner tried to fight with me about situation. I'd rate this place a 0 if I could!

Food is good not better than the SUPER CHICKEN of Tyson Corner & the main thing is that the Manager or the guy behind the Register , the way he talk to customers is very unprofessional & rude . At least you could smile and greet the Customers. I had bad experience in there.

I had a disappointing experience today at Super Chicken, a place I've been loyal to for years. The older Indian gentleman serving was unexpectedly rude when I requested a whole chicken with white meat. I even had to inquire about his behavior. It felt like he treated me differently, perhaps because I'm a white female, unlike the other customers in line. I don't appreciate receiving such attitude, especially when I'm paying a premium for their service. I would always recommend this place to friends and family but not after this experience.
Excellent Peruvian chicken restaurant. The chicken has been well seasoned. It's not too salty or too bland. Some restaurants season the chicken excessively. I like Peruvian chicken, and this is one of my favorite locations to get it! The green sauce with the chicken is fantastic here, delicious and spicy. It's relatively clean!
