I don't know how this place got all these reviews. I went here with my friend and we had a very bad experience.I ordered fries. It was way worse than McDonald's fries. McDonald's fries is more edible than this. I even told the guy when I was paying. It was the worst fries I've ever had in my life!!!Also, we ordered tiramisu. Oh god it was the oldest cake I ever ate in my life. Things are not fresh here at all!Never coming back here!!! Not even one star but if I could give zero star I definitely would. Even though I told the server cake was so old, he just kept quiet no apologies or any comments as if he knew already the cake was so old. Also fries took 50 minutes since we ordered and after almost an hour of waiting they feed us trash

Roaches and stale food. Those were the low lights of our last visit. Owner wished us luck with the next visit. There won't be a next visit.

We used to really enjoy their veggie platter, but today it was terrible. The veggies were scarce, not tasty and the injera was brittle and dry. And during the meal, not one, not two, but THREE cockroaches showed up on our table. We squished the first two with napkins and then beat a hasty retreat. As we were explaining the problem to the server, number three showed up. She charged us full price as well. We could have made a scene but didn't. Never again. Ugh!!

This cafe was called Twist. I was a regular customer but decided not to come to this cafe because the servers were not welcoming, especially the server with gray hair, who was the worst; her face was not welcoming. When I stopped by this morning to eat breakfast, I thought the name had changed to Addis Cafe, and I thought the servers would be new. However, the servers are the same, and the server with the gray hair made my day worse. I know the Ethiopian or Eritrean owners have no experience in reviewing comments on Google reviews, but I want to reflect the experience I have had in this cafe. It's been the worst service for the last four years, all because of the servers.

Although the admin has changed and a new one has taken over with a new name, Addis Cafe (Previously Twist Cafe), still the service is so poor, especially the gray hair lady with the cap is unprofessional. She is arrogant and gives you the worst possible service whenever you order something. My friend asked for coffee and waited to be served forever. When the order was brought, he asked for sugar; she glanced and looked at him with angry eyes and never responded to my request. He managed to grab the sugar from another table. The other day, we asked for water from a new waiter, and she stopped him from bringing the water and told us to get it by ourselves. It would be nice to see a change in the service skill of that lady.

Upon entering the coffee shop, the first thing I noticed was the unfriendly demeanor of the ladies. They appeared disinterested and lacked the basic courtesy and friendliness expected in a customer service environment. When I attempted to place my order, the lady seemed uninterested in assisting me, exhibiting a complete lack of attentiveness.
