Total disappointment, why did I tell them to cook new meat for the sandwiches and they put the same one again. I don't recommend this restaurant. Those who run this place are from India and they don't care if the customer ate the food. They just want the money.

Got a “Large” Frosty through drive through. I will not be returning. The Frosty was far from the large Frosty I’ve ever gotten at any other Wendy’s.The cup was about as tall as the small plastic spoon they gave with it which wasn’t Wendy’s normal spoons either.When I third their chat option to contact them it wasn’t working. When I called the person on the other end had a horrible connection and I could not understand her, when I hung up and called back the next person really didn’t want to tell me how many ounces the Frostys were she just kept saying it depended on what city and state you were in. Horrible customer service all the way around. I’ve bought tons of large Frostys over the years but even with shrink flatiron this doesn’t pass in my book.

dropped in for a quick bite.the food was fast and made fresh.the staff were nice and accommodating to get the kid’s meal quickly as they were very hungry.tables and floors were clean which made for an enjoyable meal.the only downside is that the restrooms are away from the main room which was an oversight on their part.there’s lots of parking as well as a drive through.

Everyone there was helpful, very polite, and helpful. They made my day brighter.Parking: Lots of parking close by In plowed parking lot.Kid-friendliness: They did everything to make my 7 year old granddaughter feel welcome, plus didn't talk down to her.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of parking and loads of room inside.

The burgers have gotten much smaller. I've been eating them for 40 years. And now they are tiny and expensive. But still the best and fresh. I'm from Upper Arlington Ohio. That's where Wendy herself lived growing up. So I'm partial. Excellent food.

Ordered a $5 biggie bag ( crispy chicken) and asked for crispy onions in the burger. They put corn instead and the 4 pcs nuggets were soggy. I went back to get the nuggets replaced but the new set of nuggets were even more soggier. I just couldn’t. PLEASE CHECK YOUR NUGGETS BEFORE EATING‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
