19th jan 2024 at about 9:30pm i had been to pickup the dordash order at the store following the drive through route and asked for the order, there were two people serving and one of those guys gave me a cup of soda drink and I said it’s not enough as stated in the order details, he replied me until and unless you not confirm the order as received on the app I’m unable to give another item and I obeyed him because I was in rush time. He treated me as if I was there to steal something instead of picking order, It was one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had.

We got the opportunity to go into the location and see the impact Wendy’s is looking to do in Foster Homes and my first time realizing it, as usually we just do drive thru.The food is as expected. Drive thru has worked for us at this location. Our order wasn’t what we ordered during our last visit but after kindly speaking to the manager they were able to assist us and provided us a fresh order - which my kids and I appreciated. Mistakes happen just treat everyone with kindness and they were kind to make it right. Thank you!

I am extremely disgusted. I came in for lunch from work and a man with a name tag of "Salman Chowdhury" was at the front taking orders. He seemed like the manager. He stuck his bare hands right in the fries and pulled one out. Disgusting. He also kept yelling the entire time I was there with his staff. Completely unprofessional and unsanitary. I'll be informing the Health department about your inappropriate behaviors. How is EcoSure not here monitoring these things periodically? You might be nasty in your own home, but if you are in food service, you need to learn appropriate behavior and sanitation practices.11/14/23 @ 11:47am#203820039 was also on the ticket. Ticket said "Marlon" but his name was Salman Chowdhury.Please reprimand and teach this staff appropriate food service standards asap. Very disappointed. It's common sense not to stick your dirty hands in the fries.

This place deserves zero stars, not the first time I've had issues with this location either, but I placed a mobile order, they weren't that busy there were only 2 other cars in front of me in the drive thru, once I got to the sign to let them know I was here to pick up the guy taking orders just kept saying one moment please for a few minutes, when he finally ask what can I get for you I told him my name and I was there to get a mobile order, he confirmed my name and order an told me to pull up to the window, so I pull around and I'm sitting and waiting for the guy to say anything, and after a few minutes he says he doesn't have my order, I showed him the order on my phone and that it had already been paid for, he kept telling me they didn't get my order and told me I need to move I was blocking the drive thru, I again showed him the order and that fax it's been paid for but he refused to do anything just kept telling me the same thing to call the company, rude as hell and offered zero solution, I was about to cancel the order but now have to wait until the charges are reversed or taken off to get my money back. Not happy and will never order here again.

I forget to take the picture because I am so angry. There is a piece of trash on the bottom of the coke. It is so disgusting when you get something like that in your month.I sent it in and called the manger. Manger just says:” I am sorry. Can u offer you another drink?”I am an ordinary ppl. And I have no idea what to do. That’s the first time ever happened to me. I wish you guys don’t have that experience.I guess next I will have more experience by taking the coke and pictures.
