This is probably the worst Wendy’s in the region. Ordered 4x 5dollar meals and everything looked terrible. Cold soggy fries, over cooked and dry nuggets but the worst is the burgers were wet. Sweet teas tasted sour and like corn water.Needless to say, my whole family got sick and had diarrhea. If it was one person it would be a different story but everyone had it. My suspicion is the food is contaminated and/or people don’t wash their hands.Other reviews mentioned that employees touch a lot of surfaces without washing their hands. So I would stay away from this Wendy’s for good.This is failure to enforce safety practices and good hygiene. Someone could really get sick. Management needs to do something about this. STAY AWAY or you’ll get sick

Awesome place once again! Great place to meet up with a friend, clean, friendly and right next to a Starbucks! This Wendy’s is the closest one to my house, which is very convenient. But the customer service in this particular Wendy’s is the worst I have ever seen. I don’t know if it’s the manager or what her title is but she wears a Hijab she is very rude. She has an attitude never smiles never says thank you. Someone needs to go in evaluate this location because it is horrible.

Ordered online to pick up thru drive thru. Easy. But the spicy chicken sandwiches had so much mayo, it oozed everywhere. And the fries were luke warm. Disappointing experience.

So, after a couple of years of improving this Wendy's has went off the cliff once again.I went five minutes til ten. The door was closed, which is fine, I was planning on taking it home anyways.Originally, I was placing the order via the app; but I forgot my cards were locked so I needed to pay by cash. I went to the window to pay and use the scanner to get my deal. I was surprised to find the daves double with $2 off in the app was $12.58 and same through the windo with $2 off was $11.20. When I got to the window to show them the scan code. The guy in the window asked me why I was using that?That was strike 1.I ordered the following; a double with just ketchup, mustard and pickle. He asked if I wanted a number 2. Which I said no, a number 1. I then asked for a coke no ice and as usual fresh French fries. Got to the window. The drink had ice. I asked for a replacement, he over filled it then handed it to me without wiping the side.That was strike 2.When I got the food, I was a block away when I decided to check it. Fries were cold. And the double wasn't modified.Strike 3.When I went back, they corrected everything, giving me fresher fries, but of course shorting them. While I was waiting for them to give me the food, the guy working the window filled the ice bin, using his bare hands to even the ice out. Did I say anything, unfortunately no they had already struck out.If the area manager or owners care please get this store corrected. I've lived here for 15 years. It's the most convenient fast food option, but it's not the only one. I've never had an issue with 5 Guys and even the McDonalds nearby is pretty good.

Ordered via UberEats, food arrived within 15 minutes of the store saying the meal was ready for pickup. Fries were ICE cold and clearly past their throw out time; store clearly was just being lazy and didn’t want to make new fries. Shame.
