I’ll come here every two months expecting things to get better but they never do. Poor service, lack of care and lack of knowledge of the English language.Walked to the counter.. ordered a #2 Baconator… the person taking my order could not understand me….they flung a burger together in 2 sec… handed to me…. Unwrapped it and found it to be a number one with pickles which I get sick from…They replaced the order with a pre wrapped sandwich and it was cold with unmelted cheese. that’s a $16 meal and a 30 minute lunch break out the window. Had to grab something else to eat. Absolutely terrible food, and service every time I come. I’d try McDonalds at least they pretend to care.

Everything went perfect while dining with my family. Wife ordered wrong and the staff was able to correct everything extremely fast and proficient. They saw me concerned and assisted accordingly.

Placed a mobile order well in advance go to pick it up and it's not ready the store was not busy. The guy laughed and said "it's really not ready" while laughing then while I'm waiting another mobile order came through and they mixed my order and that order up so I got half of my food and half of someone else's. I don't recommend this Wendy's at all.

Newly reopened Wendy's. Some great deals especially some gigantic chicken nuggets option. I mean, it's Wendy's, so you know what to expect. But overall, Superior to most other fast food options for the price.

I come to this Wendy's occasionally and they had been pretty decent, until recently when I was yearning for their breakfast fries and a sausage, egg, and cheese muffin sandwich.Ordering was a little challenging as the girl taking my order didn't seem to understand I wanted large fries, but a small coffee with my order and she kept asking me to repeat what I wanted. I still ended up with large fries and a large coffee.The fries were excellent! But the sandwich, which looked fresh, was loaded with too much grease, it was actually dripping off when I picked up the sandwich and the sandwich itself was cool, the English muffin wasn't even toasted. I didn't finish it all, it wasn't very good.

This location is pretty fast on orders whether ordering in drive thru or via the app. You can save money by using the app for coupons. Plus using the app gives you rewards points. This location has been remodeled and seems to be staffed well no matter the day or time.
