Impossible to get an order correct. Unsweetened tea is rocket science. Rude when you nicely ask a question. Prices are outrageous for incorrect orders and bad attitudes.

My daughter went to return some sandwiches that were not made to order and got cussed at by some workers and the was told to get out by the manager ( Sabrina). I add the name because her method of " management" is why this store is so bad. There was a time when the customer was treated with respect but if the manager of the store won't give it then how do they expect the employees to. I don't think I will be getting anything from here again unless some major changes happen.

Downright the worst experience I have ever had a McDonald's. It took 30 minutes to get my food, the fries were mushy and cold. The burger buns were stale, and the burger itself was ice cold. Staff also refused to fix a mistake with the burger.

I went through the driveway today. They even had my receipt after having to hand it over because they were trying to give me someone else’s order. Two happy meals with two chocolate milks neither of my kids got there drinks my son didn’t get his apple slices it bothered me the most was I asked for the apple slices twice and was told everything was in the bag.

Had to call customer service twice in a month. The first time I went on Jan 2 2024I waited twenty minutes for food. You would think the food would be hot waiting that long. Boy was I wrong. Everything was cold. I was missing ingredients on my chicken deluxe. I didn't even customize the sandwich. Today we ordered nearly 25 dollars worth. The kiosk did not print a receipt so I asked an employee for one. She looked at me and said they don't print from the kiosk. That's why I'm asking YOU for one. She said they don't print there again. Asked for someone who understands words. Manager comes over and prints one quick. The other girl had a attitude. The MCDONALDS IN FARMVILLE VA STORE #3794 IS A TOTAL WASTE OF YOUR MONEY. They do not care at all about customer service. It's a small town. I won't stop telling others until they lose half there customers or leave this town. If I could leave negative stars I would.

Last night around 11:00 pm we stopped to purchase food and when we approached the drive thru to order, we were told that because the restaurant closes in an hour they are not making anymore quarter pounders.for the night.This should have been a red flag. Then we tried to order a double cheeseburger and was provided with the same response. We changed our order to 3 cheeseburgers, large fries and sweet tea. The cheeseburgers were not edible, they were old and dry with bread that was hard, dry hard mustard and raw onions that were stuck to the bread, the French fries were cold, we had to throughout this entire meal.If you are not going to provide customers with quality food an hour before you close, then close the store early. It’s not acceptable for people to purchase bad food that could potentially make people very sick needing to seek emergency medical attention.

I was having a nosebleed for 40 minutes in their bathroom and they refused to give us a cup of water so that I wouldn't pass out. Then they would not give us a paper bag to hold all my bloody napkins. I could have very easily bled out on their floor and it probably would have been their fault for not giving me water.
