Whenever I order Peppermint Mochas or Vanilla Lattes at this Starbucks they have no flavor at all. Any other Starbucks I visit have great flavored coffee.

Went there on Easter at 7:15. It was a white girl and a black girl working. The black girl took my order on drive thru while the white girl made my drinks. My order clearly said no whip on the ticket. She put whip on it then tried to take it off with the lid. I told her she had to remake it Caught a whole attitude was slamming things around didn't make my drink right. Will be calling a manager Monday morning because this was unprofessional. Young lady you messed up and you refused to look at the ticket before you put whip on it. Thank you to the black girl who kept it professional and cute while your coworker showed her true colors!

It was cold and rainy and I went thru the drive thru. My wife loves this place. She ordered a cookie crumble drink and not to be left out, I ordered a large hot chocolate. I figured it would taste good and help warm my hands. We had been out in the rain a couple of hours. When I got my order and drove away I wasnt feeling any warmth from my cup at all. I pulled over in the parking lot and took the top off. My cup was a filled to a little less than half full. I was really surprised to pay so much and recieve so little. A large hot chocolate was no more than a generic swiss miss in a kiddie sample cup. My wife says we will still go back. I love my wife.

I order the exact same thing everytime and get the most inconsistent varied drinks at this location...sometimes they are just over half full....that seems to be the most consistent thing is how they are not usually full. However, they are very kind and pleasant here :)

I had a large coffee with a shot of expresso and what was supposed to be some frothed milk. All I could taste was the milk. The coffee was extremely weak which is the sole reason for going, strong coffee. Very disappointed ?

As a fellow Starbucks partner, I was disappointed with my experience. I ordered several drinks, one was a tea latte that was made incorrectly. When I approached the employee to have it remade, there was no interaction with me. She took the beverage, dumped half of the tea out and steamed milk to pour in. It was still lacking the syrup that should have been added. I ended up having to ask for sugar to add. Not a huge deal, but disappointed in the lack of pride in their job.

I love starbucks. I honestly thought in a small town like Farmville - Prince Edward county there would be a small coffee shop but did not expect such a big amazing starbucks. Everyone who works there is so kind and sweet. I loved the taste of my coffee.

We come to this location quite often and I have to say after the last visit I have to leave a review. Every time we visit we have at least 1 messed up item and for Starbucks prices and the rate at which baristas are paid there shouldn't be this many mistakes. Yesterday we ordered a Gingerbread Chai with 2% milk and they used Almond milk, my wife's Apple Crisp was ordered hot and came cold. The new Apple Crisp they made hot didn't have Apple in it at all and was just steamed milk with a single shot of espresso. I didn't even bother getting a new Chai because we had to go and it took long enough to get those two items done. My daughter's drink was the only one made right. We ordered ahead because we were in sort of a hurry and they hadn't even started making the drinks until we showed up. The girl had an attitude and we were nice as could be saying please and thank you. The other girl spent her time chatting up some college boys from Longwood instead of helping the girl who obviously was having a rough day and had an attitude. Do better Starbucks. We support the brand loyally and expect more from our overpriced coffees and teas.

Bid yourself a good morning with this enormous Starbucks located in Farmville, in between Arby's and Tru. It's a student's haven, a typical Starbucks. Plenty of coffee brewing, standard Starbucks snacks, tons of outlets to charge all your devices...Service is quick and that's definitely a bonus. (Unlike the Uptown Cafe, whose service is so terrible I just cannot fathom forcing myself to go there again.) And unlike the local cafe, there's plenty of room to sit and relax while not feeling overly crowded. Hooray for Starbucks!

Horrible service! No customers in line when I walked in, yet I waited a solid 5 minutes for one if the 5 workers to help me. Just to be told they couldn't break my $50 bill. Don't waste your time going.
