I met Lindsay as we worked a wedding together at Spring Grove Events, where I was the wedding coordinator and Frosted Ridge Confections supplied the cake. Lindsay was amazing to work with, showed up on time, was so kind, and offered an amazing selection of both gluten free and regular cupcakes. The wedding cake that she made was beautiful, as well! Brand new bakery, female owned business in Forest. Saw it on a FB post and knew we had to stop by. We ordered a little of everyday, the chocolate donut dense like a brown with a homemade chocolate glaze, both were excellent. We picked two cupcakes, Oatmeal Cream Pie and a Pumpkin Latte both were moist, a good size and the icing was smooth and not overly sweet. You can tell she uses premium ingredients.
