Food was great today, nice to sit in the window with the sun out on such a cold day. Very uncomplicated visit and great option with only Subway in the PX. Two entrees, 2 cokes in a bottle, $25.
No sales tax on base. They charge sales tax & meal tax. Then they ask for donation... on a military base...(The Federal Government has a program called the The Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) is the workplace giving program of the federal government of the United States. The program is authorized by executive order 12353 (as amended) of March 23, 1982, and is overseen by the United States Office of Personnel Management. this program is set up to stop daily donation requests.

It's worth mentioning my observation of one employee, Yanira, handling raw chicken on the grill, prepping mop and bucket to clean the floor, serving food to patrons, and handling money all with bare hands and without washing in between events. She was very friendly and helpful but the food safety and handling standard were not adhered to.
