Every time I have a mad craving for ice cream I make my way over to this Dairy Queen. It's cheap and delicious! I love soft serve ice cream so much as it does remind me of my childhood. There are definitely other more complex flavored and phenomenal ice cream places, particularly Pops in Old Town Alexandria, but this Dairy Queen is easy to get to, parking is never an issue, the people are friendly, and it hits the spot every time. So please visit them and keep them in business.

My daughter loved her vanilla cone. I had the cookie dough mini blizzard - was not as tasty as I remember from my last visit to DQ. The icecream itself lacks flavor. Nevertheless, kids had a nice time❤️

I went to this dairy queen on a hot day hoping to get blizzards. they took our order and then we waited. more people came in and the workers immediately made their blizzards for them while we were still waiting. it was about 20 minutes later when the girl asked "what did you guys order again?" very disappointing.

I came to this restaurant in high hopes of having my first ever blizzard. When I came in, the girl at the front took our orders and we paid and then waited for our blizzards to come out. More people walked in and ordered and immediately got their food while we sat and waited. After about 10 minutes, the girl asked us what we ordered. Once I finally got my blizzard, the girl barely turned it upside down and she didn't even say anything or smile. I would not recommend this location if you are looking for a friendly atmosphere and quick service.

Our go to ice cream shop. All orders made correctly the first time and quick order, received and leave. I welcome how sanitary there are gloves on when handling food/ice cream and gloves off if using register and handling money.

We have bought 2 mini blizzard cakes this month from this dairy queen for 2 separate occasions. The first we special ordered to get a chocolate bottom layer (like the regular cakes). The chocolate ice cream was not just on the bottom but angled up from the bottom center to also cover the sides of the cake. The fudge crunch layer wasn't evenly spread out but mostly piled in the middle (pretty much touching the bottom cardboard in the middle). And the "blizzard" top layer was about an 1/8th of an inch thick with regular vanilla soft serve forming the rest. I didn't even take a picture.Then, we decided to give them another chance, thinking maybe it was the special order that was the difficulty. I called last night to order a Reeses mini blizzard cake for pickup today. Went in today and the worker said "It wasn't ready yet. Can you come back later?" - an hour after I was supposed to pick it up. Code for "somebody forgot to actually write down your order"? So we decided to just go with the only mini blizzard cake they had made - strawberry cheesecake. Well, the picture speaks for itself. Top is my cake, bottom is dairy queens ad. I mean, were the even trying to sell what they advertise?
