I ordered a pizza ..large supreme on half and the other half was suppose to be cheese , Pepperoni and Italian sausage. And an order of garlic twists. I got a half supreme pizza and only cheese on the other half .The pizza was cold and was doughy.

This is the second time I've ordered a pizza with extra sauce only to have no sauce on this pie. It is so dry, very disappointed. I called the franklin shop and was hung up on, now I've been on hold for 7 mins.. nnnn

Before my review I like to point out that the pizza came out very fast , so Kudos on that , as for pizza , Maybe it's just me, but I feel like the pizza could use an extra minute of cooking/baking, and the pizza could use a little bit less portion on popping and a little bit more cheese, owners should order from their own store once a while and check whether the Pizza meets the standard, again maybe it's just me, here to the pizza I have from a different store day before, which I enjoyed very much, I couldn't say the same for this one

Order #657 today. I had to pay extra for philly steak on a large pizza and there was hardly any on the pizza. Also, I called the store several times and no one ever answered the call! Give me what I paid for and if not, Imma, please make it right.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas with pepperoni and extra cheese. The order was ready when I arrived to pick it up. But if this is extra cheese I would hate to see regular cheese. That's just dough in the middle of the photo.

The heavy set lady that is always on duty has a nasty attitude. Always looks bothered if you talk to her. There is a timer for them to bring car side out so of course the timer ran out because she was taking too long. You get free pizza with next order when I mentioned it to her she said she knows nothing about that. And as I’m STILL talking to her she walks away. I just don’t get it if you don’t like your job why work there. I couldn’t believe she was literally acting like that.
There brownies are so delicious. I love the fact that Domino's do deliver. Thanks for that.Always good Pizza....Love It

Pizza was dry and doughy. Half the pizza was crust edge. Only the middle was edible. Not worth $17. With delv charge, tax & tip, $35. Stay away from Dominos Franklyn, VA

Basically, the staff didn't feel like making our order. We did an online order specific to this location. We were told we couldn't do car side because those hours were over, but we could do carry out still. We paid online for the order at 11:20 pm, and were told the lobby closed at 11:30 pm but we can pick our order up at the door because they are open until midnight. We got a cancellation notice at 11:30 pm. When we called to speak to somebody, we were told that they closed, we verified the times and that they were still supposed to be open, and what we were told online about this specific location. When we pressed and asked when they stop taking orders they hesitated and told us at 10pm. We told them about the website hours and they then said the kitchen wasn't closed but they "just weren't taking any orders right now"
