We avoid this establishment when we can. Thankfully Franklin is growing. We had a large order and thankfully only a few items were not up to pare. This time. By the time we got home we got word of a close family passing so it took a few days to call with our issue. The manager on duty Nicole had little solutions for us. Only to call the 1800 #. Stated for policy reason which i understand however again, that being the only to not address the issue, didn't ask any questions as to why we were unsatisfied, makes us reluctant to visit again. With there being little options in franklin i think thats the only reason they havent been taken over. We have seen this establishment closed for various reasons, staffing issues mostly and this makes it clear as to why. Staff seems unequipt to deal with unexpected situations and lack of customer service. Sad to say I won't give them another chance.

Service was mediocre, getting the food took about 15 mins. My biggest issue is that I ordered a couple of cravings boxes. Took out sour cream and tomato’s on almost all of the items. When I paid I checked the receipt and everything was rang up correctly. I come home and there is nothing but tomatoes and sour cream on each item. We literally had to throw out everything but the drinks and cinnamon twists. Paid $20 for all this food. My husband and son are allergic to both sour cream and tomato. LAZINESS!

I’m 9 months pregnant and due to give birth in 2 weeks and now I’m sick from this Taco Bell kfc. Not only did they give us old nasty food cooked in old grease but they also skimped out on the tacos. Paid over $50 to get sick close to my birth and empty tacos. I’m definitely reporting this.

Yes this random Taco Bell deserves all the hate it's getting. Lobby closed at 8 pm. Drive thru only -- 15 cars and not moving. Left after 5 min and went to Wendy's.
