My wife stopped in the drive through to get dinner. As we always do she checked the bag to make sure we got everything. She had to waive her arms at the employee to get his attention only to see him roll his eyes and make faces. If he did his job and make sure everything that was order was in the bag this wouldn't have happened. But this is a perfect example of the I don't care attitude in the work force.

I tried the chocolate mint shake.. and it was gross the food was not even in the temperature, and the customer service was horrible, it was a girl and a guy on March 24, around 9 o clock, I got sick today and I just write because I was all day weak and puking .

We visit this Arby's quite frequently. The lady (per receipt "DT") at the drive through window that takes the orders & payment/delivery is very sweet & engaging. My husband has a crazy sense of humor & loves bantering back & forth with her. She has always been pleasant and happy when we visit!....oh and our food was great as usual

I'm not from the area and felt access to the Arby's was a little strange. Lots of parking room. I disnt go inside, so this is going to focus on the drive-thru on a rainy day.Ordering over the speaker was not impacted by the weather. Staff was polite and patient. I was asked to pull forward to wait for an item. The wait wasn't long. All food was pretty hot/fresh in the bag.

In 6 years I have never gotten what I ordered and the service is insanely slow. I tried again after a year away.....nothing has changed. Not really sure how this store is still open*Update: if Nestor isn't the manager he should train or replace them. I was in and out my order was correct, the first time, on the first time in almost a decade and he was clearly running things and directing his team. Let me know his work schedule so I can come in then

Came in to get 2 jalapeño roast beef sliders. It was just enough to hold off my hunger until I got home to cook. The restaurant was clean and didn't have any bad smells. Bathroom was clean as well.The employees were nice, patient and worked quickly to take, fill in, and bag my order.I don't come to this location often but every time I do they provide great services

So here I am sitting down eating my cheesesteak..(don't get) and 2 big wigs are sitting 2 tables from me, yet EVERY single table is dirty. Even the one I sat at. And please don't get up and ask another employee to clean them, lead by example..do it yourself. But they don't even care. How do you become in such a position yet ignore the cleanliness of a restaurant that you represent? Sad. Very sad.
