My husband and I frequent BJ’s where we live from time to time however it was our first time at this Fredericksburg location. Our server was Brad. He was absolutely amazing! He was hustling and making wonderful recommendations! He made us feel like we were his only customers and he had many others. He was extremely pleasant and made our time an awesome experience! Do what you can to keep Brad because he’ll keep your customers happy. :)

The staff was very friendly and very vigilant, making sure to check on us often but not too much to be bothersomeFood was hot when brought out and more than enough for my husband and I. We brought half of our pizza home. We liked that we could order half and half for our pizza. This was my husband's first time here, and he said he would come back again

Mixed drinks were the worse we have ever had served to us. Asked for a Mojito and I was served a Mule where it was nothing but grain alcohol. Asked for my mojito and it was nothing but mint and zero simple syrup and the margarita was anything but a margarita. Alternatively, all of our meals were good. Ribs, Shrimp Scampi, Caesar Salads and appetizers. Waitress was very pleasant and sufficiently attentive. This was our first visit to a BJs and we would probably not return as it was a bit pedestrian for our taste in a restaurant, even though I can see its appeal to others.

This was our first time at BJs and we will definitely be back. Brad/Spikey, our server, is amazing. He’s very attentive and one of the best servers we’ve ever had. The food was delicious, atmosphere perfect and we even got a free dessert! Wouldn’t change a thing.

First time going here in 2024 (post COVID) and it's gotten worse. Ordered steak (cooked less than medium. Sent it back and aske for well and still got the same so, no more steak! Chicken Alfredo was decent. The pretzel was soft and cooked well but too much salt. Won't go back though. Who pays $170 before tip for a family of 4??NOT WORTH IT for 2 adult drinks,2 regular drinks an appetizer and 4 entrees, sorry!?Pretty good location right in Central Park. Service was great at the lunch hour but veryyyy slow the second time we visited.The food took a long time to get to us for a medium volume crowd and was just ok to me. I ordered the Mediterranean chicken tacos and they were a bit bland. I expected more flavor. I also tasted the shrimp and mahi mahi tacos which were also just "ok." I'm not sure what they specialize in, but tacos aren't it.We'd signed up for their rewards program and tried the Pazookie for free. It was good- just an oversized cookie with ice cream on top. It was served warm and came out quickly. Overall, decent location for a drink and a quick meal with good service!Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and starter pack that has a tiny bowl of fruit and a pack of goldfish. My son was excited to get that!
Visited here on a prom night, and it was surprisingly busy with prom goers. Our party of 8 was on time for reservation but had to wait 15 min for our table. Ordered food and it took forever to be served. We watched tables who were seated after us get food. Finally 6 of the 8 entrees were served. My son's burger was charred but he ate it anyway. My husband's steak was burnt on the outside and his side dish arrived 15 min after his steak was served. Table was more than halfway done when the order of salad with steak was served. Everyone was done eating at the table for 10-15 min when my two shrimp tacos arrived. I declined them as I didn't want to make everyone sit and watch me eat. They removed the two entrees from our bill. Server was very nice and expressed her frustration. She did everything she could and was not her fault. Will not return.
