My first negative review. Food was cold. Asked to warm and was forgotten about I believe. Only one other table and never came back to refill coffee.

Wanted to try this place so this was our first time. It did not rate returning for a few reasons: Wife's omelet came out cold. They need some noise absorbing material in the room. It was so loud from other table's conversations that you couldn't hear the people at your own table. The noise actually caused it to be a stressful meal. Food slow to come out...approximately 40 mins. There are better options for brunch around.

We've probably gone five times and the food was amazing every time. The steak, pork chop, burgers, salads, etc. were really good. There's a salad with this bacon that I would rob a bank for, and we can't seem to repeat on return visits. Bring back the big bacon...who does this :-) Give us amazing bacon and then withhold.Deserts, drinks, and side are just as good, and the specialty drinks are just fun and tasty.

The Confit Duck Wings were fantastic, definitely recommend them. The mimosas were also great and the $2 refills are a good deal. The Short Ribs and Grits was pretty good, the grits were a bit underseasoned but the Short Rib was super tender. The biggest issues was the Biscuits and Gravy. They were almost inedible. The flour was not cooked out of the roux, so every bite tastes of raw flour and very gritty. There is no sausage included in the gravy and no flavor. The waitstaff are very friendly and attentitive, they are great.

Brunch was okay. The braised short ribs with grits were really good, definitely would order again. Duck wings are delicious. However, the biscuits and gravy were very disappointing as the gravy was sweet, no sausage, and texture was gritty (broken sauce). Terrible. The eggs Benedict was also not great. Too much mustard in the hollandaise sauce making it taste like deviled eggs. I’ll visit again but not for brunch!

We went to Casey's for first time with some friends..Service was average for a restaurant that wasn't even half full..Food in my opinion was not very good..I got chicken and risotto and unfortunately food was not seasoned so tasted bland.. The risotto was clumpy and also lacked any flavor..The salmon dish was FULL of bones..I have never had salmon filled with bones..We sent that meal back and they kindly took off bill..3 steak meals were cold/room temperature..We didn't have time to send meals back and get them remade as we were headed to a show..We personally would not go back..Too many great options in Fredericksburg..

Went to Casey's last week for dinner. I made a reservation for 6pm but definitely didn't need it. It was pretty empty the entire time we were there, but Cheeky's which is attached to it had a steady stream of people. I pee a lot and kept looking in there as I went by. Haha. The music from Cheeky's could easily be heard in Casey's which was kind of weird. This is definitely an upper scale place, and just found it weird. The food though.... Was amazing. We were there during happy hour time so most apps were half off and our teas were $2. I hate paying a ton for iced tea, and was happy to see the cheap price. We ordered 4 different appetizers because why not? The cauliflower, brussel sprouts, artichoke and duck wings. Everything was really good and had interesting textures and flavors. Definitely upscale appetizers. None of us really liked the artichoke appetizer but it was very pretty looking. Haha. For dinner we had a Cesar salad with chicken and salmon, short rib pasta (lots of ingredients that worked together but was somewhat bland. I was expecting the short rib to be on top with sauce on it, but it was just mixed in together. Personal preference but I wouldn't order it again.), and steak. I think the steak was the winner of the night. Our total was about $40 per person - splitting the 4 appetizers 3 ways, tea and dinner. Not bad at all for the quality of food.I think this isn't an everyday place, but definitely would consider it for a date night out or special occasion. Or maybe a happy hour place. The fancy appetizers for $6 each is well worth a visit.

Thursday night. Not busy. No wait for party of five. Bar side sounded a little more busy. Food and service was excellent. Started with the potstickers and tomato soup. Both were well prepared. Stickers had some late spiciness for a nice finish. Mushroom Spaetzle was wonderful. All food served hot. Espresso martini was delicious. Burger and tots were well received by the kids. Tots perfectly crispy. My taste of the burger confirmed it was just as carefully crafted as the other dishes. Well done Casey's.

This is a nice brunch spot with huge servings. We had the duck wings, sleeping beauty and the roast pasta. The wings were really good tender and had plenty of flavor. The sleeping beauty was a huge portion the gravy was delish it was a meal to come back for. The pasta however was lacking that wow factor it was just bland I would not come back for that. I got the mimosa which was advertised to come in a mason jar, but instead it came in a regular glass full of ice and not much bubbly. Our server was really slow it took 20 minutes to get drinks and for her to take our order she wasn't very personable. I would try this spot again but go differently with the drink and the pasta option.

Skip Casey's! Overcharged for 2 items (higher than menu price) and wait staff brought out completely wrong meal for one of us. The waitress acted like she knew it might be the wrong order....They finally brought out the correct meal and then 5 min later they brought the fried egg that was supposed to go on top of the meal....can't make this up. No offer to make it right, just a lot of awkward apologies. Too many other choices in town to return.

It's a total rip-off. Don't get fooled by the menu/food pics showing up on Google reviews, most of them are a few years old, those items are NOT available anymore. The taste was not worth it. Prices are superbly expensive, dinner menu only has a few options, and all of them are overpriced. Also they charged me full price for the beers during happy hour, another rip-off attempt made, until I caught it and revised the bill. Disappointed, spent $50 and left hungry.

Our server was great and very responsive when I shared my food allergy. My salmon and shrimp dish was very good. My husband's steak was overcooked but they took care of it right away. Overall a great experience!
