Y’all need to stop giving me kid portion sizes and not filling the queso cup to the top. Stingy for no reason. Y’all ain’t the ones paying for it. I’m apparently the problem if I say something. When I ask for double I expect more NOT another kid size portion to make one adult size portion. This is the second time I come here and y’all stingy.

Hey guys, I had a softitas bowl tonight and the white and brown rice you brought out fresh were actually a tad bit undercooked. The rice forms a base of the bowl so please ?? make sure you cook it all the way through so that it’s chewy and that will lift the entire dish to a whole new level !! I appreciate you giving me another replacement bowl, without the rice.Vegetarian options: Sofritas should be explained / marked vegan or vegetarian on the menu board.

Came at 10:49pm Google says Closes Soon and 11pm with 10 minutes left you’d expect the doors to be unlocked but no! They closed the lobby more than 10 minutes before close how ridiculous. Could see an employee cleaning it’s annoying how these places just close early just cause with no
This location is severely understaffed. The staff that helped me were extremely rude after I waited for 25 minutes to place my order. The burrito I ordered was rushed and I didn't get all the ingredients I asked for in it. I would not recommend.

All tables dirty, short staff, long wait (15 minutes) just to get order in with one person in front of us, poor customer service (mostly ignored down the line). Recommend going elsewhere, especially with price hike!

While the overall quality of chipotle has gone down hill in recent years, this location is by far the absolute worst of all of them. Skimpy portions, poor quality ingredients, and incredibly rude/unprofessional staff. The cashier even placed the bowl upside down in the bag, leaking the contents everywhere. This was done directly in front of me as well.

They got my mobile order so so wrong. There were items completely missing. What i got was honestly a big bowl of rice with a tiny bit of carne asada and a tiny bit of beans but i ordered other things and they were missing. I did get an extra tortilla on the side and i got my side order of salsa but nonetheless. I am very disappointed.
