Been here before, did online order. This time I went in and I had to repeat my order 5 times and they still made mistakes.He had to start all over again and he was not happy about that, kept throwing stuff and banging things with impatient attitude. The fillings were not enough, I know because I’ve been cold stone customer for a while and I always get same thing. I don’t think he likes his job or proper customer service skills.I could have left but I had my kid with me and he wanted ice cream.

We ordered door dash for the SECOND time. The first was on 3/8 and the store gave someone else’s order to the dasher, we called the store and they said they could “hold our order” and come into the store for a fresh order, which was totally great that they offered that. We decided to try again tonight 3/9 and they left out 2 of 3 ingredients requested. I don’t know what’s going on because we love cold stone and never have issues especially when we order it through door dash. I hope you guys can fix whatever communication issues you seem to be having because this has been disappointing.

Cold stone has kind of lost its thrill if you will however this location doesn't disappoint. The location was cleaner than most and service was exceptional. Ice cream was mixed well and we definitely enjoyed it.

My "Got to have it" now looks like "I love it" in a bigger cup. The day 8/26/23 manager argued that it's now right and that he made my doordash order. He said all those years I have ordered, the kids were not using the correct measure. For a minute I thought the delivery person ate some, but no, because the bag was stapled. Good bye Cold Stone at Southpoint after years of my loyalty. Your pictures and store props are misrepresentation. Also, you have a manager who has changed your business practice. Thanks to the young African American man who tried his best to make it better. See smaller version of "Got To Have It"

First of all the icecream is delicious as always, however the man with the bandana holding his hair on his head who I assumed was the manager is terrible. He has no skills dealing with people or his employees. His attitude towards the employees has no place in any workplace. Do better and get rid of this man, he doesn’t deserve his position.

If I could give 0 stars I would the owner Simon hung up on me and called me a b****. Never in my entire life have I dealt with a business owner who conducts business in such a rude manner. No real man calls a woman this over the phone.

Well its ice cream so thats pretty hard to mess up but their service is why I am giving them a one star. I am so mad right now as only HALF of my order arrived. Waited over an hour for the food and only half arrived and the stuff that did arrive was missing the additional items added to the ice cream. I called and the lady said, yea sorry, we were busy, your food is in the back freezer but we close in 20 minutes. Just unacceptable. I have three kids here tonights whose ice cream did not arrive, thanks for that.
