Fast service, fresh and delicious food. Small location with some seats available, tucked away in the shopping plaza area with plenty of parking available.Parking: Lots of unused spaces available.

My husband and I love Dairy Queen! However, last night we arrived at 7:45 pm and there was no soft serve ice cream. They were cleaning the machine already! Sorry, no parfaits, no sundaes, no blizzards an hour before closing! I will take my business to Four Mile Fork.

They get a 1 for food due to the fact that they no longer have crinkle fries.

Paid almost $40 for a custom cake for my sons birthday. I glanced at it at the restaurant, and the writing wasn’t very pretty, but I wasn’t too bothered. When we got it home and took it out to serve our guests, we discovered that it was covered in black lint/hair. We drive 35 mins one way to this location for our kids bday cakes because it’s their favorite, but this was a huge, disgusting disappointment and we won’t waste our money again.

My wife and I have been coming here for years. We don't eat Brazier food or mess with Blizzards. Hot fudge malt and caramel shake (no fofo cream/cherry nonsense) along with a bag of Buster Bars. That's the extent of our purchases and they are always very good as is the service. The place is normally very clean with exceptions for lunch rush hour. The store is now updated with the scanner for DQ rewards points and app ordering if you're into that.*Note this review was completed without using ridiculous undiscriptive terms like out-of-bounds, OMG, on point, awesome, the bomb, yummy, delish, to die for, do your self a favor, trust me, or kids emojis etc.. Describe the food, service (or lack of) and provide details on the cost/copy of check and include pictures! Is the place clean? No disrespect to the employees but no one cares about the waiter/waitress/clerk names, or if they look like they fell face first into a tackle box. They get changed like underwear and you don't get to pick one. No we don't care about your allergies or the need for gluten free food.**If you see a Google review posted with just stars & no text, report it via the 3 dot selection adjacent to the review. The treats and meals are all great. We have had various sundaes, blizzards, chicken tenders, and burger meals. The employees are courteous and thorough.

I haven't been to a dairy queen in over fifteen years. Still, this guy sits in the mall and has been there forever so something is going on. Hopefully mostly the ice cream as I ordered a chicken finger basket from a counter guy who charged me for water, but when I asked why my bill was three dollars higher than the menu price, he says it is for your drink. I said I didn't order a drink. I finally got the free water. It came with some of the worst fast food fries ever. Also came with two slices of white bread and a sauce. Chicken fingers were awful, thick glutenous fat barges with some chicken inside. There were several spills of beverages on the tile floor by the drink machine with no attempt to put up a 'wet floor' warning much less to clean it up. Little kids were cluelessly running through it. Dangerous. Edit: In responding to the owner: I meant the strip mall, Ferry Farm strip mall as indicated by the map.

Not one employee is friendly, they all look like they are angry, the manager/owner? is rude and they over charge for items. As well they do not clean their machines, one person with me ordered a caramel cheesecake blizzard and got a few chunks of red fruit like stuff, ordered a Quart of ice cream, they charged $8 and gave me a 24 oz cup and told me that’s what they use and told me it was 32 ozs. It is actually printed on the cup as 24ozs. The store is extremely dirty, machines are extremely dirty and while we waited I waited the manager /owner just grab the chrome circles out of soapy water and shake them and put them on the line to be used, the ice cream tasted a little off and after only a few bites, everyone with me threw their stuff away because everyone started to get an upset stomach. This place is horrible and we will never go back and I have photos and video and will be reporting them to the Food & Health AdminTotally unacceptable

One employee was rude and needed to mind his own business. Other than that, we had a very delightful young lady wait on us. Inside the restaurant was hot and muggy. Felt like A.C. might have been broke. Food was good and service time was not long.
