This is a nice little restaurant tucked away in the corner of an old strip mall. I was in town one Sunday morning and wanted a styrofoam of french fries. Unfortunately, Dairy Queen, on the right side of the strip mall, was closed due to COVID-19. So I thought I might try this place. The menu has your standard spaghetti, eggplant subs, veggie subs, and french fries. My sedan driver dropped me off so that I could get lunch and take it with me. I ordered two french fries to go. I ate half of one on the way back home. I put the other in the freezer until next Saturday night. The fries were long and dry. I shared them with tomato catsup. The cashier was a sweet-faced young Greg Wise. What more could you ask for? Nov. 3, 2020

I always have some reservations about ordering from food trucks or side of the road places but this place makes great Texas style BBQ, with sides of baked beans, Collards, Cole slaw and Potato Salad this place is out of this world. First time trying it today and I have to say I am impressed with this hidden gem. Best BBQ in Fredericksburg!

The meat was excellent! The sides are expensive and don't taste homemade. The people were very friendly and the bbq was worth coming back

Waited about 10 minutes to get our food after ordering. Open to it find my sausage completely cold & my “baked beans” were CLEARLY from a can & my husbands were totally different as well as almost completely dry. Coleslaw had a weird taste to it.Don’t even get me started on the owner walking by ignoring customers trying to speak to him for him to just go sit in his truck & watch the line of people waiting to order. Waste of money. Only plus was the women taking orders was nice.

The food was tasty but the portion size was too small. Nothing special about the lasagna. The wine glasses only held about 4 ounces of wine. The only good thing was the prices were reasonable.
Really awesome guys! The food tasted amazing! The meat was so flavorful that we didn’t even use the sauce. Very juicy and flavorful. The sauce I did taste was sweet and tangy! Perfection. The sides are also delicious. The beans are sweet, collards are southern, my favorite was the Cole slaw. I haven’t come across any Cole slaw that tastes like this. More of a sweet vinegar taste. Def needing a whole gallon of the Cole slaw. ? one of the best food trucks I’ve ever had.

I'm 225 lbs. so I can generally eat most foods without complaints, but SALTY food apparently isn't something I could fake liking. The Italian pizza sauce, the Italian Sauce for the Calamari, and the Italian sauce for Veal parmesan was all the same sauce and let me tell you, the Italian sauce was very, very salty. I couldn't finish anything. The Calamari was rubbery! I remember it being sooo good! In fact I remember the food being very good, back then. I guess now, things have changed. I still gave them 3 stars anyways because in the past, the restaurant, the people, and food was very good. The 3 stars will be my last review for them because I work too hard to waste food like I did and now?! I won't be coming back...

Very slow, the price for my sandwich was listed on the sign at $6 however, they charged me $7 because "the prices changed and hadnt had time to change the sign"
