Burgers were delicious and of course fries were fantastic but too salty. I had to rub off salt before I could eat my fries. Service was friendly and helpful. Music was way too loud, I had to yell at my friend so she could hear me. They finally turned it down a little. Biggest complaint was price - 2 small burgers, 1 reg. Fry and a small drink was $29.

Got a chocolate milkshake that was really good and creamy, only problem is with tax it was $7, about double what it was worth, good taste but nowhere near worth that.
We never have any issues here. We have two of five of us who must eat gluten-free. They've never gotten sick here, and the staff is always accommodating. I do wish they would get the new type of soda machine all the other five guys have, but that's just a preference ?

The burgers are ok... Over priced but not bad. The fries are gross and over priced. They tasted like cardboard with all spice. (do not advertise having Cajun spice to a real Cajun... Start using Tony's seasoning.) My kids wouldn't eat their hot dogs, and I don't blame them. The milkshakes were a bit over powering in taste. Portion sizes were nice but for 4 meals we spent right under $100. That is outrageous. The only really good thing was the service from the woman working the counter. She was friendly, helpful and displayed more patience than I have ever seen in customer service. It was tacky though to have their peanut oil and other cooking supplies out in the middle of the restaurant, while it was not busy.

By far the worst five guys in all of Virginia they proceeded to steal my DoorDash food and then tell me to my face that they took it after lying to me several times would not recommend this location to anyone not even my worst enemy

Staff is awesome food is hot And delicious.I know there's a lot of people complain about their food being cold. that's delivered it is not 5 guys fault that your food It's cold. If your delivery driver does not have the proper gear to keep your food warm what do you expect.
