Have driven past Freddy's for years and never stopped. It's fantastic. Love the smash burgers, and the skinny fries are so good, and so is the custard. Served in a nice retro diner atmosphere, and service is great as well. Definitely one of my favorite fast food joints now.
It was very busy there, and we got our food in seven minutes that does not happen at other restaurants the food is amazing and everyone there is super nice 10 out of 10Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap spots were close to the door

Ashley is the best I have ever seen. She didn’t ask for this review, in fact I asked if it was ok to write one for her. She took my order with clarity, precision. She greeted me with happiness and maintained it through the entire order process. She is an all star in my opinion. She seemed to be the only one I have ever seen like this at this location. The restaurant is lucky to have her and should consider her as a leader even if she just started. Having the right idea and going into a position with a positive attitude is what is needed at all times. It also promotes others to be that way. Ashley if you see this. Thank you very much for going the extra mile that no one goes anymore and thank you for doing a great job.

I'm just not the biggest Freddy's fan. I've been a few times mostly because it's convient shopping at Target. The shoestring fries are hard to dip in ketchup because they are so thin, the hotdog bun is sliced on top so the hotdog fall out when eating it. I had a chicken sandwich yesterday which was better than some of the other things I've got. I do like the ice cream but it's very expensive. They have so many tables and chairs set up it's hard to walk around to get to the counter or bathroom because everything is so tight. Yesterday I wanted to get a oreo ice cream sandwich after my meal but nobody was manning the cash register, customer was waiting in front for someone, a couple was behind him and they walked out after waiting. I didn't wait either. I don't hate Freddy's but it's really nothing special and expensive. I'll still go back every now and then because it's convenient and the kids like it

I went through the drive thru and the lady taking my order was so rude, as if I was wasting her time or something (there was no one in front or behind me in line), it also wasnt late at night towards closing. The guy at the window was nice but the lady who gave me my food slammed the window at me?? Maybe she was just in a bad mood but I dont think im gonna come back to this location. I understand working at these places can be difficult dealing with people all day, but considering all I was tryna do was get my food and go, this threw me off.

Tried this local burger and shake shop today. The ladies working here (no male figures behind the counter at all) are all smiling and communicating. The burger I had looked hand pressed and it was amazing! Thinner than some burgers I've had, but this flat burger had more flavor than a lot of mainstream thicker burgers I've had.Everyone seems friendly, music is at a reasonable volume, and the place looks very clean and well kept. Would I come back here? You better believe it!
I really wish that there were more of these in the DMV. Food tastes like it should. Simple and clean. Definitely needs to expand.

It's always a bit chaotic here but nothing bad. Fries aren't my thing, burgers feel a bit tok greasy. Custard is good and all I come here for anymore, on a rare occasion.

Just go to wendys. I ate 2 paper thin patties with soggy bacon with waaaaay over salted fries. Ordered the turtle sundae. Got tasteless vanilla ice cream with bananas and resees peanut buttercups.
Great smash burgers! My bf and I love coming here! The burgers are great and we love the fry sauce! The custard is great and the service is amazing!
