Slow and certainly not fast food. Really depends on what your order. The chicken seems to add a wait, yet is understandable and appreciated that it's fresh. But if you're in a rush, I'd be weary on a possible wait. If you can order ahead, I'd highly recommended.

Went thru drive thru at Patriot Ave store. Got a large order of french fries cold and hard . Touch screens the employee was using was nasty, covered in smears and fingerprints.

Tried their classic burger and regretted the experience. On my first bite, the ketchup and other condiments came from the side creating a mess. Ketchup was not offered for my fries and only one napkin was in the bag.

The dining area was not very clean and tables remained dirty for the remainder of our time dining in. A all around disappointing experience.
