Fried wings were SO good. The little hot cakes were good when warm. The Mac n cheese was more Mac than anything. The green beans were salty. The collards lacked flavor. They only had one serving of fried fish available at 4pm on a Friday.Maybe their speciality is brunch ?If the gentleman working the counter wasn’t so friendly this review would be different.

I love the food and the staff goes the extra mile to be friendly. My only complaint is that the restaurant hours are inconsistent. I have come to the restaurant several times and it has been closed even though the hours on the door state that it should be open. It’s very frustrating to venture out to support the establishment only to find it closed. Please improve in this area.

I’m not able to eat here often, but every time that I go it is AMAZING! My family is loving the new menu. My husband and I enjoyed the brisket sandwich. My son who is going through a picky stage was ecstatic that he could have the waffle outside of Sunday Brunch. Keep it up, Hope Heroes!

This is a wonderful place to dine! You get the total experience when you visit this place. First of all, the food is absolutely delicious! I enjoyed the brisket that was seasoned “just right” and it was fork-tender. No knife needed!! Secondly, the owners are very friendly and they give you a warm sense of genuine, southern hospitality. Thirdly, the dining room atmosphere is clean with nice decor. This establishment is truly a WIN!! Don’t walk but run to get there.

I went here this past Saturday and the food was absolutely amazing! My chicken wings were not only hot and fresh, but they were seasoned to perfection!! My sides were good as well, including the sweet potato pie! Customer service was also top notch. Thank you Hope Heroes Kitchen for providing excellent food and customer service. I think I’ve found my new spot for some good southern cookin’!

Hope Heroes Southern Kitchen recently catered an event we had and it was an amazing experience from start to end. They provided information about menu and pricing in an understandable way and were open to answering questions. They were easy to contact leading up to the event and were kind and helpful every time we communicated with them. Set up went smoothly and did not disrupt our event in any way. All the students talked about how good the food was. We had no leftovers as people REALLY liked the food.

The chicken wings were some of the best I’ve ever had. Seasoned to perfection and super crispy! The ribs were also immaculate. Just a heads up the portion sizes are not what you will typically find in most restaurants but still plenty to fill you up. Also TRY THE BANANA PUDDING!!!

I came to Hope Heroes with 2 minutes until closing not hoping for very many options to eat or the possibility of not even being served. I was immediately greeted with warm welcomes and great customer service. Hope Heroes insisted I order whatever I wanted and not worry about what was left on the line. They even gave me cornbread to sample while I waited. This kind of service is definitely one of a kind and I will definitely be bringing my family back to Hope Heroes! It also goes without saying that the food was amazing! Thank you Hope Heroes!!
