Placed a breakfast catering order for the office. The order was ready on time and they helped me get everything out to my car. The food was a hit and the manager even threw in individually wrapped chocolate chip cookies.

I would give this ihop zero stars. Took an hour and half to get your orders correct. No refills on drinks. Witness messed up our orders and never put in the correct ones. She never returned. We had to talk to a manger. Which still took the food way too long. We travelled eight hours that day with two young kids and our experience was awful. I would stay away from this ihop.

Children were jumping up and down in the chair. I asked the waiter to sit me else where and he stated it’s loud everywhere. I didn’t like the way my eggs were prepared (greasy) the waiter took them away and never even asked about a correction. Service needs training and the food was just alright.
On entering the restaurant, I was told there was only one waiter. I braced myself for a long wait even though there was plenty of table space. I was wrong. I was promptly seated, and the waiter greeted me within 2 min. He was professional, friendly, and fast. The food, unfortunately, was not anything like the "I Hop I knew and loved. The usual 3 egg steak omelet did not have 3 eggs, lacked taste, and seemed to be filled with scraps. The pancakes (my most anticipated item) were unrecognizable. I was very disappointed. Who are you people? You are not IHOP.

My son has autism and thought David was his favorite employee. Thank you for a wonderful visit. This was the best visit to IHop on quite a while. The food was great, the service was quick and friendly.This is great because I had stopped going to IHop because the service and food had gone downhill badly. I am glad to see them pulling themselves up.The only suggestion have is not to display an omelet or eggs in the entryway. They were displaying real food dishes in the entrance to the dining room. They were trying to show the yumminess of the food. Some of the dishes looked good, but the omelet had been sitting there, and to be honest, it was not a good marketing plan for their omelets.
