Really bad service i pay $50 and my car still The same

This place is awesome! I have now brought 2 of my cars here and they have gone above and beyond expectations. My jeep got paint spilled down the back of it and I tried everything to get it off. When I brought it in (with low expectations) the were able to remove almost all of the paint. I also brought in a collectors car that belonged to my dad (so I'm very protective) and they took such good care of it. They even looked up how to specifically care for the decals on the car. This will be where I always go!

I feel sorry for the community of Fredericksburg to think this is a good car wash for the price. Hand wash listed at 40/50/60 and proceeds to try and charge me 75 because I have a big truck…? I drive a Tundra. Then I tell him that it doesn’t make sense so the best he says he can do is 65 lol. They didn’t even touch the inside of the vehicle and the outside of the truck is still dirty to my standard. Splotches everywhere. Asked the guy when he was finishing up if he could get the bird poop off the roof of the car and he just disregarded me. I had to do it myself in front of them and they just walked away. How am I supposed to tip you guys?They put tire shine on 3 of the 4 tires. 65 dollars folks. You can get a mini detail in Los Angelos, CA for that.

Love this car wash! I bring my Tesla here all the time and they do a fantastic job. I decided to throw a real challenge them. My husband and I just returned back from driving from Fredericksburg to Las Vegas, and not only was a long trip, but we driver through a couple snow storms. Our truck was in need of desperate help. This car spa not only met my match, but now our truck look back to looking beautiful. Highly recommend and they have a loyal customer for life with me.

Look Miles and his team are miracle workers. I brought a vehicle in December 22 2023 they worked on that vehicle from 930 AM till 7 PM. Vehicle had driven through some unfinished blacktop roads in Virginia and it got all over the vehicle. They went to the auto store twice to get the right materials and then ended up going through a whole box of Magic erase pad/sponges. The car looked like it came from the dealer. It was simply a Christmas miracle truly. Make an appointment, give it as a gift to your loved one and they will be in shock!
