On my way traveling back home from visiting Washington, DC I stopped to dine in at this KFC location. I ordered a classic sandwich combo with fries and a lemon creme cake. When I sat down at the table, I realized the chicken sandwich and fries weren't fresh nor hot. I asked the cashier if I could get a fresh sandwich and fries. While sitting and waiting on my fresh food, I also noticed there were several employees just standing around talking and laughing. I received another sandwich which had so much mayo on it that I had to take a napkin and wipe it off. The young gentleman that worked there brought out the second sandwich and noticed how there was way too much mayo & offered to personally to make me a third sandwich. I could see him go to back and grab gloves to make my sandwich, but it never got made because employee (manager) told him not to make it. I sat and waited thinking I was getting a sandwich for over 15 minutes and it never came out. I asked to speak to a manager (who the employee called by name of Erica and was same person that I watched make both sandwiches originally). She came out with attitude stating that she had made 2 sandwiches already & I explained that there was more mayo on the second sandwich than was on the first one that wasn't fresh. She didn't make another sandwich nor refund me for the chicken sandwich that I never got to eat, but had paid for. I pointed out to her that while the restaurant wasn't busy because I was only person in dining room and there were no cars in drive through and she had a lot of employees that were just standing around doing nothing but laughing and talking. She then asked the employees that were talking with her to do some work. I won't be going to this location ever again if I'm in that area travelling. I left paying for a meal that wasn't satisfactory, no refund, and a manager with a nasty attitude.

We never go to KFC, but husband wanted a Double Down. Placed an online quick pickup order for his sandwich and a Famous bowl for me. I was pleased with the whole ordering and pickup process. The staff was friendly, restaurant looks like it's been remodeled since I was last there years ago. Food came out about a minute after I got there. Confirmed there was a Double Down and a bowl. Came home and opened the bowl, no chicken! So I paid full price for a bowl of instant mashed, corn, gravy and cheese. Very disappointing. Tried to call, but no one picked up. Didn't have time to go back. Just ate it, but it was very irritating. My husband said the Double Down was good. The chicken was moist and it had good flavor.

We ordered food plus 2 fries from here today. They asked us to pull around because they were making fresh fries. Apparently not for us! We waited 12 minutes for fries, and when we finally decided to go inside to ask what's going on, the fries were cold. Everyone else was in and out. Additionally, we didn't get the sauce we asked for and only one set of fries. So we had to go back in AGAIN. If the owner ever checks these they should be embarrassed. Not like this is the first bad review either

I ordered food online, and it came bad! It’s annoying when you order food, you got it delivered and it just bad! If you don’t know the difference between chicken breast and thighs, then you should not put the order together!

horrific customer service!!!! employees and manager have horrible attitudes and close to no work ethic. i'm his store also has mobile pick up available for when lobby is closed but never uses it because they are too lazy to walk a few steps out the front door. if that's the case why don't you actually clean your lobby so you can open it. now i have to sit in a drive thru line that's wrapped around the building when all i'm doing is picking up a door dash order to deliver... DO BETTER!

We stopped in tonight and ordered an 8-piece bucket meal with mash potatoes, gravy and coleslaw and 2 spicy famous bowels. We got 7 pieces of chicken, no coleslaw and no famous bowels. We did get mac and cheese and green beans instead. We counted the containers, but we did not check what was in them. What a rip-off. AVOID this place.

I can't find the words. At best, these people are not half but complete idiots. Whoever owns this restaurant, get rid of your manager. He or she is losing you money. Unbelievable.

Seriously, if you don't know your chicken parts or how to count -please stop working here. Super long day at work and drove here especially for dinner. Big box meal - asked for 2 legs & a breast. Get back home and 1 leg and a thigh! I am so frustrated... never ever ever again.

Delicious. We ordered 2 meals here for a quick lunch. They were cooked perfectly and the drive thru attendant was friendly, curteous and attentive. Thank you! (BTW, as of 9/2022, the dining room is closed, so drive thru only.)

Let me Start off by saying that management remove this Location from Google. Worst location ever. Many times I get the bowl and I substitute the corn to green beans. I was told under new management they don't do that anymore, however that's a lie it has been done every time I order it. You could hear somebody on the speaker complaining about me making the substitution. With that being said we decided we didn't want anything and we went to Popeyes. And if you're a truck driver don't even attempt this location because they'll want you to walk through the drive-through and then they won't even acknowledge that you're standing there. Then if you order on the app you won't be able to get your food until 1130 even though they open up at 11 o'clock. It seems that the staff doesn't have common sense to get to the store earlier cook the food and have it prepared when opening at 11 AM! Also open the dining room already, stop being lazy and using Covid so you don't have to clean!

This KFC is terrible. Never gets the order right. Order a chicken sandwich with no mayo, guarantee that you'll get a sandwich slathered in mayo.
