They watch you like, you're stealing something when the cook, he's cooking in front of you. I got up from the table to leave no I didn't eat or order anything but the one comes running after me talking bout you didn't pay. I felt very embarrassed and disrespected
Overall pretty good. A little overpriced for the experience.

Great experience and meal. Ended up getting seated while on a date night with a family. They brought us into their birthday party. Great chefs. Very experienced and entertaining. Loved the enthusiasm. Good prices and food. Had the filet mignon, lobster and shrimp and was very satisfied.

Place dirty. forks are literally stamped sheet metal. Chairs barely reach table top. Food was only mediocre, like a quick take out. Waited 46 minutes for food to even start.

Pros:- Hibachi chef was pretty fun and incredibly pleasant and happy.- Initial ambiance was pretty coolCons:- Host was less than welcoming.- Desperate need of updating.- Floor in need of mopping so bad could slide your chair around like ice skating rink.- Waited about 10 minutes before getting asked for a drink. When I saw the size of the drink I knew it would probably be the last time we saw the server.- Cocktails are not well done. Beam and Coke, really Ice and Coke, served in a Pilsner glass. Had to send back the "specialty" cocktail that the wife got due to "Cough Syrup" flavor.- Server came back once to fill up son's soda, but didn't ask another soul for anything thing else. Never saw her again....oh wait, I'm sorry, saw her when she brought and picked up the bill.Overall, this place has zero business calling themselves a Japanese steakhouse. This is an old school "American" hibachi restaurant. If you've been to one, you've been to all of them. Wish I would have went with my instincts and gone somewhere else. Not worth the $140 by a long shot!

My family went to this place last Sunday. This was a birthday dinner for our matriarch and this was her first time dining out since COVID began. Unfortunately we found out the waitress was new and she didn’t seem to be trained well enough because she was having issues taking our order. We didn’t get half our food that we ordered and had to ask twice. No drink refills. Apparently we didn’t look thirsty enough. Fried rice was reheated and not cooked correctly. They don’t allow you to get your salad to go which you pay for with the meal. We were told this wasn’t allowed. They overcharged us on our bill so we had to get it corrected. The cook was frustrated with us because we had to tell him how we wanted our food done when the waitress told us to “just tell the cook”. We didn’t get the typical hibachi experience from the cook that you normally get (no show like usual) so our young one was disappointed. Sucks we won’t be going back considering this place used to be a lot better overall.

Food was good, however, I was in the ladies restroom and I noticed the woman worker used the restroom and didn’t wash her hands. Literally, urinated, pull up her pants and left out.
Sorry to say, but the sushi was tough. My least pleasant sushi experience.Otherwise, Atmosphere and service was acceptable.

I've come to this location on 3 separate occasions. Always expecting it to be better. The salmon NEVER taste fresh. Lots of rice. Small portion of vegetables.
