The layout makes it a bit difficult to sit-in comfortably, but the tea is great 9x out of 10! There's a comprehensive mat at the counter to order and customize from. If you want different sugar levels, they can always accommodate if you ask! Been here many times, love the different flavors. Many to choose from, but not overwhelming!Dietary restrictions: Customers can ask for less sugar, and servers will accommodate!
Staff was friendly and patient, being as I was new to the store. But they have so many options for teas and slushies. Plus other baked goods and bagged teas. Everything i got was so tasty (mango slush, brown sugar milk tea, and selection of macaroons). Will definitely stop in again.
