This place was an impromptu breakfast. The BEST potatoes and onions. Also enjoyed senior meal 1 egg bacon home fries toast under5$ plus side biscuits n gravy. Did I say the coffee was excellent. This will be our new go to breakfast lunch place in Fredricksburg. Prices are out of 1980 :)

Today was my first visit and I ordered the Lafayette Belly Buster which is a HUGE pancake on one plate and on the other plate is 2 eggs(made your way), 2 pieces of bacon, 1 sausage, 1 biscuit, homefries with onions and a small dish of sausage gravy. And the price was fantastic for that large quantity of food and excellent quality. Friendly staff and down home atmosphere, definitely will be back and I would recommend this place to anyone.

45 minutes wasted waiting on our food while they put it in to go containers behind the counter then when they figured it out microwaved it and put it back on plates for us. Food still have cold and rubbery will never go back.Not even sorry about that or let me knock off 10%

The best salt fish. This little diner has great food and is nice and cozy. Stop in and try out the salt fish...it's on the menu daily.

I called ahead to verify it would not be a long wait. Kelsey was so friendly and told me to come right on in. When I arrived she provided the best customer service. Kelsey was so attentive to our needs. I selected the salt fish, grits, fresh tomatoes and cornbread. My friend had a huge pancake the size of the plate, fresh eggs, and bacon fried to perfection. This experience made such an enjoyable start to my weekend!

Barbecue sandwich was delicious and the cole slaw, homemade, was great! I used to hate cole slaw, so it has to be really good for me to like it! The staff was like family!
