Wow, food took forever, when it arrived it was severely overdone, burger was like a hockey puck. Service was incredibly slow...friendly but painfully slow. Took nearly 2 hours to have lunch. Apparently ice tea is no longer free refills as we were charged for every one. Last 3 experiences have been quite poor ..learned my lesson finally...will nor be back.

Great steak meal with sides; lots of flavor and served hot. Disappointed that online dessert (blueberry apple cobbler) was not available at this store and that a featured dessert on a special table card (banana pudding) was out-of-stock. Service good.
Excellent service and updated interior. My steak was overcooked but my husband’s was perfect. Nice baked potatoes. Baked beans could be more.Parking: Parking is at the mall.Wheelchair accessibility: Tables for wheelchair access.

My wife is gluten free and they had lots of options and were very helpful. She had a great meal and so did I.Only beef, lots of signs for $3 happy hour beer, no mention in the bar only.Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free options
This was our first time here and we were very excited. The waitress stood over by the bar with a gentleman she was training. Once the couple behind us can she immediately came over to serve them and walked pass us 3 times. She counted off her tables to the trainee so he would know but when we asked if she was our waitress she said she did not know and went to check. Came back and gave use our place settings and plates and said o yeah I’m your waitress. My husband respectfully handed her everything back and I talked to the manager that didn’t act like she cared at all. So ii all boils down predjudice. I wish I had gotten names. This is the Fredericksburg location

The place was half empty but we were told it would be a 20 minute wait. As we waited others came in and got seated right away. We left and will never return to that location. The one in Manassas is great.

Cold cold food .. took an hour to tell us the fryers were off and none of our kids got to eat at all .. our adult meals were incomplete because of the fryer ordeal .. and everyone’s proteins were ice cold .. my sons side that he got with his kids meal was ice cold since the fryers were off .. awful experience.. 2 hr drive to eat here and the kids didn’t get to eat nor the adults

I did DoorDash from these guys and I figured since it was a delivery they would add plastic knife and a fork and they didn't add them. Normally when you do delivery or take outs you add to the delivery bag. I am now hungry and pissed off gotta figure out how to eat the steak I got with my bare hands i guess. I've worked in the restaurants before and the easiest job in any restaurants is packing the food for delivery. It shows that their employees are not trained well and I would recommend NOT to order from them until they can train their employees how to pack the food so the person receiving the food don't eat with their bare hands if they just moved to a new apartment and don't have any utensils. I had to give their service a star to post this.*******************UPDATE*****************So I just ordered DoorDash from Outback Steak House and the packaging is extremely professional they gave me plastic utensils and they also gave me larger portions of food at a lower cost. The food also tasted better as well. If I were you guys I would consider spending money to order from them and see how they do it and improve you're food, customer service, and delivery packaging, or at least lower costs. As of right now I would rather go hungry than to order from you even if you guys were the last restaurant chain on earth. Your restaurant will not survive if you can not spend money on better customer service, chefs, and delivery packaging. I've never stepped foot into your establishment and I will not step foot inside or order from you guys again. But I do hope you read this review and do better for your future customers. Best of luck!

We went there last night for my granddaughter’s birthday, they were understaffed, the waitress was nice but she was waiting on so many tables. The food was cold the portions small. My granddaughter’s food had hair in it they replaced it and was going to charge her half off but said they were out of crab cakes so her meal was free, it should have been regardless. We didn’t get any of our food for over an hour. I could go on and on. The only thing I’ll say is never ever will we go there again. Maybe we’ll try the one in Manassas.

Just a rant , if there's a wait and no one wants to sit on the bar side, should I have to wait to be seated in the bar? Kinda funny but waiter was like there's a wait so either sit at the bar or wait lol, even though I always get better service from the bartender and would rather tip her it's never been a problem until this evening , didn't really like his demeanor so just left Now already sitting at Charlie g's. drinks on the table food orders took..memory of an elephant Mr waiter you'll never get my money!
