I placed two DoorDash orders with long John silvers the first one was technical issue , fine I had to replace my order with DOORDASH, The manager Ahmed continued to be very rude and disrespectful, and then canceled my second DoorDash order. I would not recommend long John Silvers if my life depended on it & to have a manager be as disrespectful as he was on the phone with me to tell me I can call DOORDASH the police the governor the president. He is very rude and disrespectful and you should never order from there. I use to love long John silvers, but now you can cancel that. Don’t waste your time or money here.I will make sure that I spread it across social media on how you treat customers and a loyal DoorDash customer and to cancel my order for the second time because you were pissed I called and proved I paid … I hope they shut the doors. You should be fired from your job Ahmed and they find someone with a pleasant customer service voice and knows how to handle situations like this. They should fire you. You have ruined it for me and many others!This is what Long John Silvers has come too… rude and disrespectful and thief’s at this point. Saying I didn’t pay… Door dash won’t process an order without payment first. Crooks

I have to say my experience here, 3 weeks ago, was interesting. Had to wait forever to get our food through the drive thru. I actually felt compassion for the girl who was mending the window, until I got home and it was missing several items we paid for and I can only say that you need to check your order before you leave the drive thru as you pay a huge chunk of money for your food. If the food wasn't partially decent then my numbers wouldn't be as high as they are.

The first online order I made to Long John Silvers was apparently canceled by their system or so I was told by the counter person when I arrived. The counter person just shrugged and walk away. I had to get his attention and ask what they could do. They said they could not honor the online price and there was nothing they could do, if I wanted the online price I could try again and then he walk to the back of the store. I place a second online order and their system said the order was voided again. I had to call to the back of the store and asked why my order was being voided (got a shrug again)and why my credit card was being charge if the 2 orders were voided. I was informed the money would be returned to my card in 3 to 5 day and once again the counter person walk away to talk to another worker. I have now contacted my credit card company to dispute these charges after 2 weeks of waiting. I went to Popeyes and got great service and great food. I really like Long John Silvers fish, however the customer service, at least this night sucked rocks. Maybe I'll try this store again in 2 or 3 years. Hope you have better online ordering karma than me

The hush puppies were spectacular! Must have been fresh oil at the right temp. Light, airy, crunchy, not too much salt. Excellent.Cod fried was very good.Fries were NOT AT ALL crispy and not hot.Slaw dressing was WAY to thick, but at least no pickles. Green beans were SO SALTY threw them out. Good flavor but no one can eat them.Tartar sauce in pkts was surprisingly good.Just found out price, I didn't buy. My 2 pc fish dinner 2 sides was THIRTEEN DOLLARS!!!!NEVER EVER WILL I eat here again.

This location is fairly new and I couldn't tell you the last time I have been to a Long John Silver's. With that being said, the food was great and they got all of our $160 dollar order through the drive thru ? correctly.? (in a great reasonable time period as well)
