Ya know.. if they could just get my order right the first time.. they'd have a 5 star review from me.. breakfast is always correct and on point.. but the dinner folks seem to have people working who don't know how to NOT put onions on things.. 8/10 times it's wrong and needs me to go back.. or they scrape onions off and try and pass it off like it was never made with them.. with that said.. the managers always fix it.. some make it themselves.. its a shame they're stuck having to do that VS having the right help there in the first place to make things run smoothly.. the managers I deal with and the window folks are what keep me coming back.. again it's juat a shame it's a constant thing.. if I was allergic I'd have died 47x over by now!

I Stop by this location tonight because I didn’t have time to cook. I ordered 2 fish fillets, 2 McDoubles ( Plain) a chocolate shake and ask for 2 medium fries ( cooked to order) so they would be hot when I got home. Well when I got home our fries were so hard we couldn’t eat them and my hamburgers had everything on them. I called 4 times but it kept saying server is busy which means they have the phone off of the hook. So I guess I’ll call corporate tomorrow because I’m tired of Restaurants serving nasty food and charging $20.00 for some hamburgers and fries. Ridiculous ! The thing is, this location use to be the best McDonald’s in Fredericksburg but I guess nothing last forever.

They continue messing up my order. I asked for a plain hamburger and they were unable to deliver twice in a row. Additionally, I ordered a 10 pc nugget and when I arrived home I realized that it was missing. When I called to get them to return the money the phone did not work so I was unable to get the money or what I ordered.
