I stop here once every other week on the way home. Food can take some time. I have never had them screw up an order. The playground is one of the cleaner ones that I have seen in a long time.

I was there for breakfast this morning (4-11-2024) and was an egg shell IN my eggs on my sandwich which cut my gums when I took a bite. They aren’t answering the phone, just goes straight to dial tone after ringing- not able to leave a VM or anything.

Food was hott & everything in my order was correct!!! I finally found the one McDonalds in VA that doesn't mess up my order.

December 28th, i visited with my family for my son's 6th birthday. Service was slow, orders were made incorrectly and items were missing. It took almost 15 minutes to have the orders corrected.My family all developed food poisoning the following morning. Everyone except my 6 year old has recovered. He has been throwing up, unable to eat or drink since the 29th. We had to take him to Lee's Hill for emergency treatment for dehydration.This will be the last time we visit this location.
Could order only on the electronic screen. Takes too long. No "table tents" available, but you have insert a number. No receipt.

Pulled up breakfast menu's were up a voice said I will be with you in a minute, I waited 3 minutes the board turned to lunch menu's when I wanted breakfast I was told " we do not have any breakfast food left".
