Went in and sat at the bar. Wasn’t busy at all. Me and my two friends ordered burgers. Sat and had a drink. Hour went by and outlet food never came. Asked where it was and bartender said she didn’t know. Ended up leaving without eating.

Stopped in on Friday evening and asked how long the wait for the patio was. I was told 45 minutes. I said ok because i had someone coming with a dog and gave them my phone number to call. My wife and I left to walk around to wait. We got a call about 15 minutes later saying our table was ready, and we rushed back to the restaurant. They started setting us in the dining room, not the patio where dogs are allowed. Just as we asked, they set a family at the only empty table on the patio. When we asked about sitting at the patio, the manager came over and said we didn't ask for the patio. After a number of minutes conversing, all of the people at the front desk ensured me that I didn't ask for the patio, even though I did because our daughter was joining us with her dog. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ARGUING WITH THE CUSTOMER ABOUT WHAT TABLE THEY REQUESTED, THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN. YOU LOST A CUSTOMER.

Wow, we generally love MM but this was horrible. We sat down and ordered drinks from the bar and it literally took 20 minutes to get two beers. Then once our apps came we ordered two more beers and after another 20 minutes we were done. The apps were good but the bar tender was clueless and a joke. WON’T be back

Prices are way way too high. Wife and I went there and had a picture of galliano three meatball, Havana sub and wings for $84. I'm glad I didn't see the bill and the wife did and paid it. It was crazy and the noise there was unreal.

If you are a rep and cater lunches for medical practices, follow up and double check everything.Update: Tim, the manager did a fantastic job recovering this for me.I’ve been trying to place a large order for a medical practice since 2 today and it’s now 7pm. I spend about $1-2k per month on these lunches and use MM in Midlothian almost exclusively, and they do a great job. The MM in Fredericksburg is the exact opposite! I had an order placed via the website lost about 5 months ago, so the next order I placed with a manager, no problem. I’ve been trying to place a $200 order since 2pm and it’s now 715. I spoke to ‘Wayne’ the manager at about 3 and he was supposed to have the catering manager call me. At 5 was told by one person they couldn’t help me and took my number to have ‘Wayne’ call me back. I called for Wayne at 7 and was on hold for 10 minutes and then was hung up on.
