I love tacos. I really do try to find the best tacos around. I've been here at least 6 times in the last few months. Their quesabirria tacos are fantastic! By far my favorite. The carne asada is also for sure a winner. It is a gamble if the pork carnitas will be dry, sometimes it is, sometimes it's not. The fish tacos and shrimp tacos are nothing to write home about. The lengua taco is my husband's and sons favorite. And although I don't prefer their adobada taco due to it not being shaved meat and in chunks instead and over seasonings with the ancho seasonings my husband still loves it. Tres leches cake was a bit dry. The churros were fantastic. Still one of my favorite places to go.
This place has changed significantly since opening. My family and I were hoping for a satisfying dinner, but unfortunately the food fell short of our expectations despite paying a good amount of money.

Everything I ordered tasted amazing!!: queso y frijol pupusa, pastelitos de pollo, tacos flautas, and platano with cream and refried beans. All was fresh and had an authentic taste. We were served quickly after ordering and the employees were super nice and welcoming. It’s also decorated very nicely inside with plenty of table seating. Happy to have found a new favorite spot!

I've had Mi Tierra Taco & Grill on my list to visit for a while and went for lunch today. Their whole fried snapper had got my attention awhile back. Unfortunately, today they did not have snapper but did have whole fried tilapia. It was really outstanding. The huge fish came with rice, salad, refried beans and tortillas. The fish was cooked perfectly juicy. I did ask for extra limes to squeeze over it. The price was incredibly reasonable at around $20 for the large portion meal, soda, and tip. Restaurant was very clean and service was fantastic. Can't wait to return!

Best Taco place in Fredericksburg. Tuesdays give you the best deal. Friendly people, great service and a big menu. My wife is a vegetarian and she loves this place. Very clean. We go often.Vegetarian options: They have menu items that are vegetarian and I think you can modify as well.

I just ate at this new place and the food was delicious, the pupusas, the roast beef tacos, the delicious tamarind juice. I loved it. My husband drank maranon juice. The person who served us was very friendly. Recommended.

The birria tacos were great. I'd give them a 8.5/10 I could stand to have a little more spice. The consume was 7.10 it was missing flavor. The pupusas were great as well. Best tacos in Fredericksburg and obviously made with care.

This is a great hidden gem at 4 mile fork in Fredericksburg. The food is well priced and some of the best around. If I worked in the area, this place may be a daily stop for lunch.
