Incredible noodle house! I’m convinced this place can’t make a bad dish because everything I have ordered thus far has been amazing. The vibes are also spectacular! With beautiful art on the walls, and chill music playing, this place is truly amazing and I always try to stop by and eat when I’m on a date.Parking: Minimal street parking, but sometimes there’s an open spot if you’re lucky. If not, you can park down the road and walk about .25 miles.

This ramen is very tasty and flavorful. I tried Curry Broth in my ramen for the first time and it was immaculate. The Pork Chasu is so flavorful, the meat was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Very much recommended. ?

Every dish I had was absolutely scrumptious. I don't eat pork so don't ask me about that lol. The brisket and the chxn steamed bun were so juicy and tender. The Pho and ramen are A1 and and of course the the traditional pad Thai and the hibachi chxn...chef's kiss no doubt!

We regularly get our ramen to go, but today, I had the opportunity to have a nice dine-in experience at Mian. Ordered the Curry broth with chicken, curly ramen, bamboo, and bean sprouts. It was delicious ?! Still the best noodle place around!5 years ago, I had the curry broth with shrimp, corn, broccoli, and bamboo shoot with spicy chili oil. Seriously, I will leave the corn out next time it wasn't needed. Added a healthy drizzle of sriracha chili sauce. All I really can say is #NomNomNom. #feedingTheRaptor #OwlsTweet #BirdLife @MeetMrOwl

Very good pho and ramen. The bento box was not as good and needs some work to make it more pleasing but everything else is fantastic!! I like things a little spicy and it's easy to get to whatever level you like. Portions are very hearty so bring your appetite.

This is reviewing their chicken hibachi. I've never had any of their other dishes. It was very average. Comparable to Hibachi Express, but a smaller portion. The chicken was these weird small pieces of very fatty meat. Rice was kinda dry.

Disappointed. This place has changed. I had been here several times before - the food and portion sizes were great. Not this time. I had FOUR shrimp in LARGE hibachi along with very little rice (that was chewy). I can’t even imagine how little food you’d get with a small.

I got the build your own Ramen. Got the tonkutsu base with smoked pork belly. To say the food was delicious is an understatement. Mean is now my favorite ramen spot. Also tried my wife's shrimp hibachi which was also fantastic. Highly recommend stopping in whenever you are hungry in downtown Fredericksburg.
