1st time customer. Placed 4 orders. Ordered 1/4 chicken white meat, received dark meat. Asked for extra green sauce, didn’t receive any green sauce at all, just a bunch of yellow sauce. Fries on all 4 orders were barely cooked and soggy. Easily some of the worst fries I’ve ever had. Beans were also extremely undercooked.

They have one of the best lomo saltado that I eat in ?? USA. You have to try it. We just visit Fredericksburg and find this place. Is worth every penny. Also you can find another dishes, and I can guarantee you that all is freshly made! Dessert and drinks are also good. ? if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

The grub at this place is just as amazing as the service! ?? so nice and friendly. There was an older gentleman who saw me walk in and asked if I had ever been there. I said no, so he grabbed a menu for me and gave me the rundown ? their Peruvian chicken is the best around. Next time, I'm trying the bourbon chicken! Mmmm

I ordered chicken, the flavor was horrible, and not to mention the rice was very dry, as if it were old. The portions are very small, everything is very expensive... half a chicken for $26 dollars is too expensive, I think the chicken was golden. Because it was very expensive and tasteless. They must improve the flavor of better chicken I have eaten elsewhere and with better flavor. I will not come back!

They charge more to get a whole chicken with two sides $30 vs a whole chicken with no sides $17.50 and add two large sides $5 each for a total of $27.50. The employee i spoke to confirmed the $30 option comes with nothing extra and he said the owner is aware.

We’ve ordered from here since they opened and every experience has been just wonderful. The food is ridiculously flavorful & yummy. My kids will sometimes request yucca and plátanos just for snacking. So good.

The girl had an attitude when she seen our reaction we gave about the portion size on the family meal. A whole chicken with 3 small sizes ! It was crazy 10 pieces of yuca for 5 ppl that 2 pieces each and 1 16oz container of rice and beans and 10 pieces of Fries !? WILD close this place down immediately!!! GO TO SUPER RICO THEY HOOK IT UP there ! Sadly today was closed so this place was second option and instantly regretted it and walked out after seeing the sizes and getting attitude from the register lady.

If you are thinking about getting catering through this restaurant, I do NOT recommend.Overall, I ordered a catering order of $1,600 and was very disappointed. Do not order catering from this restaurant.I ordered a large order about 19 chickens that cost $342 not including additional fees. I confirmed with the manager multiple times that everything was good on their end. At the time of delivery, I get a call from the manager that no sauces at all would be delivered. The reason being they ran out of all sauces. I think this was not true and the owner just did not want to provide sauces to save money. My guests did not like the chicken since it was dry and I received complaints about the sauce missing.I ordered 2 full trays of Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was just boiled noodles that cost $140. They were cooked terribly and I do not recommend at all. The manager refunded me only $70 after my complaint on a $1600 order. They also add additional fees for “inflation surcharge”.
