So, first I ordered a Big Brooklyn Pepperoni Pizza, which I've had before from Pizza Hut. Delivery was quick. But the pizza was cheese and not pepperoni. Also, the pizza was almost cold. I don't live that far from the store so it couldn't have been because of distance. You had one job Pizza Hut. Perhaps the "Dasher - Michael", grabbed the wrong pizza. But probably not. *sigh*I will admit the flavor was good. Odd but good. They use a really sweet tasting sauce on their pizza that makes it stand out from others.I didn't want to believe all of the one and two star reviews I have seen, but if you can't get a simple pepperoni pizza order correct, you earned those low scores.Again, you had one job Pizza Hut.

This is the second time this has happened. I ordered food on their website online (large cheese pizza and wings). The pizza arrived overcooked and was barely edible. It was a complete waste of my time and money. The worst part is that I couldn’t get a refund back on either, next time I’ll just accept the fees and DoorDash something.

Pizza Hut has a way of just being awesome in the first place. Dalton made our experience just so much better. He was polite, inviting, speedy, and had an all around great demeanor. His presence made this a wonderful meal. Thanks Dalton for the fishing spot advice!

Last night I ordered drinks, fries and 2 melt sandwiches. The food came on time and was very delicious. The driver was very polite and nice.Would order anytime from my Pizza Hut.Thank you for a great dinner.

Went in and ordered, manager was extremely rude then yelled at a server for taking more care of the restaurant than he even was. Not a very nice man. Was most likely on drugs

we went there last weekend at the powatan location called 371-1111 and the clerk was new and was very helpful in explaining the various deals @ the time. We ordered a pizza w hand tossed crust and went to pick up @ drive thru. The girls were having a fun time while working and it was a positive interaction. The pizza was FANTASTIC !! Ty for the service & will be back. God Bless
We discovered that we have Pizza Huts in the area and decided to visit one out of nostalgia. The pizza was good, as we remembered it, but the rest of the experience was fairly sad.

Ordered cheese bread, picture online shows something totally different from what I got. Literally got slice loaf bread with barely any cheese melted on it, was soooo nasty. Money wasted.
