I finally found a Pizza Hut that doesn’t cheat you on the toppings. That seems The way they all are these days. That’s why they’ve been going downhill.

I've ordered here numerous times the last 3 times there's been issues with wings. One time they were rubbery like they refried them another time no sauce and today the boneless wings just look like pices of chicken crumbs

The pizza was pretty good, but I didn't get the extra cheese I paid for. We wanted to get salads from the salad bar until we looked at the toppings. They all looked like they were at least a few days old, and the lettuce was wilted. Back in the day when I worked at pizza and did the salad bar prep, that would have been totally unacceptable.

Ordered my food 45 mins before I left to pick the pizza up. Got there and had to wait and additional 30 mins. And they did not put sauce on my pizza.

I will never order from this place again. I ordered online hours ahead of time to be ready at 6:45. I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes before coming inside to pick up the order. I then wait at the register for 15 minutes before someone talked to me and then tells me my order isn’t ready yet. Only 1 person working the front and she had a nasty attitude. Save your time and money and go to Taco Bell across the street

I really like all the people working in this store and they're so friendly and nice, particularly Miranda , Robert and Christian . But the tall guy with tattoos all over his body that I don't even know his name , is so jerk and mean , I recommend him to go to school just to learn how to treat people coz he acts like a crying baby

Was empty the night we visited..which is good so we got served fast. Pizza was great. Was trying to work out a deal to leave my sister in law there but the waiter wanted nothing to do with that.
Placed an order for curbside and the location doesn’t have designated spots or a way to check in. They have a window that has a cardboard box blocking it with a closed sign due to “short staff”. Not sure how hard of a task it is to walk to the window and hand the order rather than the counter? If you aren’t going to offer curbside it shouldn’t be an option on the site/app. Glad I don’t tip prior to receiving the service. I would have ordered delivery had I known their takeout was inconvenient.Also called to verify and took 3 tries and he confirmed “you will have to come inside due to short staff”. Walked in and one employee leaning up against the wall and the other seated in a chair on their phone.
