Great sandwich just wished the customer service matched. Brought the family here about 35 minutes before closing and the staff looked irritated we showed up. They had already quit before we walked in. They were sweeping when we walked in and made us wait a few minutes before they helped us. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service. The customer should never feel they are inconveniencing an employee by there presence. They looked irritated because we were there not because we asked for a ridiculous custom order...just because we showed up 35 minutes before they were closing. Not getting off work...just closing the doors to the public which I'm sure there are operational procedures that must be followed for cleanliness, food safety, and closing out your till. Liked the food but the service was very off putting and don't think I will be back. As we were leaving, we could hear one of them complaining about an online pickup order coming in. That's a scary thought and hope there wasn't any shenanigan sauce put on that sandwich.

Got home with order and the toppings on every one of our 4 subs ordered were mixed up and incorrect. As a result kids would not eat there subs and we (parents) had to end up cooking for them. Waste of time and money if you don't get what you order. Do not recommend at all for the over $50 spent.

My name is Brenda and I went here for dinner with my hubby. Now we were just scrolling face book eating appetizers when we heard screaming from another table, a kid was on his Ipad saying some song I can only assume to be devil worship. Now we told staff and they said they'd tell them to hush but they never did. again and again we told waiters but that kid wouldn't stop. I asked my son in law and he said its a show called, "skibity tiolet" please ban Skibity tiolet from your store and also your subs are ass

It was a weird vibe going in there. It was like everybody was acting like they were yelled at by the manager before I walked in the door.I never had a sandwich made with anger before. Young lady that made it was angry about something. I didn’t want to say anything about the items falling out when she closed the sandwich.

The service was really good but, I think they need more variety especially if they are sandwich shop maybe consider putting like a Reuben sandwich or even a corn beef sandwich. If they had other things like that, on the menu I think it would be more amenable and more of a sandwich shop. If they offered specialty sandwiches like they can make any sandwiches that you would like they would get more business. I ordered the potato soup for lunch and it was really good. I highly recommend that if you want that Soup but I just didn't see any sandwiches that I wanted.

I was so happy to see a Potbelly in Fredericksburg. This was my lunch spot when I work in DC/Arlington. Food is delicious...filling...great customer service...clean store. We had the Mediterranean Sandwich, Mac and cheese. Chicken pot pie soup and the delicious cookies. This has been my third visit since I found this location 2 months ago.
First time ever trying this place, definitely coming back for more. Didn't originally have high expectations but the Mediterranean was absolutely amazing! We also got the baked potato soup and it was wonderful as well. Highly recommend.

The chubby girl at counter had a smart mouth and attitude and the guy behind doin sandwiches was sloppy also bad attitude and attempted to carry a tuff guy conversation before walking to his car then back inside without washing hands. I can guarantee I will never eat at this place again. Wife didn't appreciate either employees terrible behavior
