I'll leave the same review for both locations since they are both EXCELLENT!One is on Caroline Street right downtown and the second is on William St (right across from Freddy Donuts which is also awesomeness!)Both spots are little hole-in-the-wall restaurants which are generally my favorite. They both have indoor seating, seasonal outdoor seating, and a full bar.ANY spot that serves Mexican fare has to start with chips and salsa on the table and they do! Solid salsa too!Now the soup: Tried the tortilla soup. DELICIOUS!The Tacos: You get TWO per order. I messed up the first visit and got WAY too many. They have a choice of flour or corn tortillas. I have not tried the corn option but the flour is big enough that two tacos will FILL you up!The Rice and Beans: I need to figure out how to make pinto beans the way they do. They serve a lot of their platters with a side of rice and beans. These are not smashed beans, these are delicious, homemade pintos. The beans and rice are seasoned perfectly and come out HOT!The Burritos: Seasoning is great! Like on POINT! Not the most gargantuan I have ever had but they are PACKED with fresh ingredients and the flavor is fantastic. The servers are attentive as well.We will be back for sure!

Very tiny, mean tiny place, so it doesn't take a lot of people to fill up. They were very accommodating for us. When we went, they only had a 2 top, but made it a 3 top for us. Service was really good. They made sure we were taken care of. Pretty solid Mexican food. Nothing was overly amazing, but good. Thought with the name Soup in their name they would have a few more options than they had, but my wife and I both got a cup. The soup, I think, is more of the star of the joint. We were both pleasantly surprised at how tasty they were and hit the spot on a cold night. Would definitely come back and eat here again.

My husband and I came in for lunch. No wait to get seated with waters and chips. I got the carnitas tacos, he got the steak burrito and the tamales de elote. We shared everything and I think it was honestly the perfect choices from the menu, the tamales taste like corn bread and are sweet and light. Affordable and tasty!!

They are racist. When I entered, they said nothing to me until I said hello.I sat there and watched them greet everyone that came in the door, of course they weren't melanated. I was handed a Moscow mule with Sprite in it. I didn't even bother to say anything. The birria taco were okay.

We enjoyed a nice lunch here. The Tacos & the soup were great as were the burrito, guacamole, salsa, chips & coffee. I have had better Chili Rellenos though and that’s the only thing I would avoid. I do look forward to returning and trying some other menu

Delicious food and friendly service. The chicken tortilla soup was terrific as was the Chorizo con Queso. My son had the chicken chimichanga and loved it. We look forward to our next visit!

My wife and I finally was able to try this place. The seating and restaurant itself was very small but cozy. The staff was very friendly and took the time to explain items you were familiar with. All the items we order was delicious and on point. We will definitely make another visit and bring the rest of the family.
