The black bean soup was delicious!! They brought chips and salsa which was really good too. They were really quick to bring out the food and everything was reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be back!

I have to say I was thinking it's just another hole in the wall place, but it's geniunely great mexican food. We've enjoyed the brisket tacos, shrimp salad, and few other items that were just wonderful. The flavors are great and the ingrediants are very fresh. This has become our goto place when craving a great taco or such.

Went for lunch a few days ago, and we sat outside because it was beautiful out. The food was really, really good, but the service left something to be desired. Our waiter barely talked to us aside from taking the order. Being that it’s downtown,we had to park offsite, but that’s OK that comes was going to a downtown restaurant.

We stopped by and I finally tried this spot and wish I had sooner. The crab soup special was amazing - to be expected I guess with soup in the name but it was just so well done. Lots of classic and innovative Hispanic food - give it a shot you won't be sad. Nice spot to sit outside and plenty of indoor space.
We went for Tapas Tuesday and had a great time, there are plenty of options to pick from. The pupusas and Mahi Mahi tacos are great! And the happy hour menu has good deals on food and drinks any weekday.

We sat outdoors on a beautiful day, and ended up having to go inside to place an order for some beer. The waiter did finally come outside and took a food order. When it arrived, I was rather dissatisfied with the quality of the taco. There was nothing special about it at all and the feelings were very scant. The beer was outstanding though.

I love the tacos here! We ordered our food to go and enjoyed a margarita and a beer on the outside patio as we waited. They have very friendly staff and make a good drink. The food is terrific and filled with awesome flavor, yet simple and easy for a quick snack or a fulfilling lunch/dinner.The location seems perfect for walking from the UMW or from the downtown. It’s away from the crowds and across the street from Freddy Doughnuts. They have plenty of locals and foot traffic to make up for the lack of a parking lot.Inside is cozy and there is also a small bar. We preferred to sit outside under an umbrella and we had a puppy with us. This is a great local gem and I highly recommend a visit.Parking: Limited parking is the main reason I haven’t been here sooner.

I had given the lady 100.51 my bill was 30.51, lady claimed that she did not receive coins when I was right there see here drop the coins in the machine and shorted me on my money. No receipt was given as well to calculate what was given and what im suppose to receive. Very odd. When I notice I was short money, the lady was staring at me the whole time. She knew it was wrong and was acting like I didn’t give her the correct amount when it was her! Please always check your money and ask for a receipt so they don’t forget to give you the RIGHT amount.
