We had a great experience at Spirits! The food was delicious, much tastier than we had expected, and our server was very kind. They do not skimp on serving sizes and offer a pretty wide variety on their menu. My family will be returning!

My wife and I tried the Cheeseburger and the Red, White, and Blue burger. Both burgers, cooked medium/medium well, were juicy, well-seasoned, and delicious. The bun seemed fresh baked and was not soggy, even with the juciness of the burgers. We plan to return.

Terrible experience! Went to the bar on the 2nd floor with my husband several months ago. Ordered the Philly Eggroll appetizer. Ate one half and almost vomited when a roach crawled out of the other. All the bartender could say is, we don’t have roaches in the kitchen.” Needless to say we will never return! ? I’m shocked your employees don’t report these issues to management when they happen. Being dismissive will not correct your issues. You are not truly sorry about your customers experiences. Look back 10 years or more at the complaints and your exact same response! Here’s a clue! While you’re “looking into it”, look ? in the kitchen! What’s disingenuous is not correcting serious issues.

Great food, excellent bartenders. It does get quite busy. There are a lot of unique options at this bar. They have a carpeted top for with a bar and effect lighting. The second floor is the main attraction with ample bar floor space. There's a pool towards the back and an "back yard" of seating, cornhole, and fireplace. On your way back there, you'll find 2 pool tables and 2 arcade machines right before you get outside (needing service). The cue ball you get from the bartender. Don't panic, lol. 1st floor is their daytime restaurant, I think. It was closed at night when I visited. It's pretty friendly. You'll meet every single type of person at this bar. It's a great melting pot.

It's okay. Not bad, not great. Service was friendly albeit a little slow. Maybe I just caught them on a less than perfect night?? Food was okay, I just had a burger. I'll give them another try at some point but there are a lot of options in the near vicinity so hopefully they'll step up their game.

It's a great bar. Great drinks and a lot of fun! The 3rd floor dance room looks like it might fall at any moment, but I'm told it's fine, lol. Nice outdoor area to chill in and a few pool tables to use as well. Overall, great place!

The customer service here has been great from the bartenders upstairs to the cooks down in the restaurant. Even the security assists with what people need. Seems a great team effort all the way around. I appreciate the respect and kindness given by all I have met there. I will definitely be returning with Co workers, family and friends as I have for years.
