I hadn't bowled in over ten years. I'm 64 and figured I'd go give it a try on my own since I had a double hernia operation back in September 2023 and I thought that would improve my ability to bowl. I showed up here yesterday and asked how much to bowl. What? $25 for 30 minutes? $50 for an hour? Outrageous but I figured since I was already here I paid for 30 minutes. I got up there and delivered my first ball and went down hard on one knee. There was gum on the bottom of my bowling shoe. Then I noticed there was several spots of dried gum on the lane where the balls come out. I changed shoes. They kept the clock running. While I managed to very very quickly bowl three games in the allotted 30 minutes I did not enjoy one second of it. Even with the different set of shoes my foot kept sticking on delivery. So EVERY ball I rolled I was expecting to be halted in my tracks and and pitching forward so I ended up delivering most balls from a mostly upright position. WHICH IS NOT HOW THE GAME IS PLAYED FOR MOST PEOPLE!! I pointed out the gum to the girl and she seemed very dismissive. Too expensive ($8.33 per game and I felt rushed the whole time) and a lousy experience on top of it. Lucky I didn't have to use the bathroom during that time. The restroom would have cost me about 83 cents a minute to do so and I would have lost out on bowling time.

Great choice for a family fun time!! Recommended!! Very good atmosphere! Would be 5 stars if we had a waiter for food and drinks. Instead, you have to go to the bar and order. In my opinion, the are loosing sales opportunities.

Black Friday- busy place, good for them! Charged full price for arcade games when more than half were broken and couldn’t be played. Managers said “they were waiting for parts”. Would have been nice to know lol good for penny lanes for getting that money!

Employees were nice. But almost every time we’ve come to this location it’s either a 45 minute wait or the lanes breaking every 10 minutes. Its also comically overpriced when you can get a better experience 10 minutes away with working lanes and an extra 20 dollars in your pocket.

Came to this place on a date with my wife it's currently dead we are the only people bowling. They have recently changed the menu my wife ordered chicken tenders which are now beer battered and the menu does not state that they are horrible tasting. Doubt we will come back I'll make the drive to manassas to bowl

This evening my group and I went to the arcade to kill sometime before our movie at 9:50. I went to get an arcade card to have some fun while we waited. They have a sign up that has there specials for arcade games. The one for Friday and Saturday said $15 all you can play for 1 hour per person. I was the only one playing so it should have run me $15 and I didn't even have a full hour to actually play before my movie started. Instead when I went to get my play card the lady working the counter said they didnt honor that deal because it didnt work for their cards. My fiance and I put a total of $50 on the game card, it gave us 224 credit to play and it was gone within 20 minutes because every game was about 8 credits. Half the games were down and not working so it limited your game choice. I told the lady working the counter that if they have that deal they needed to honor it because its ridiculous and I felt the $50 we spent was not worth it and I want my money back. Its a scam and I wont go back to play games let alone Splittsville had a ridiculously long wait.

Came here for my sister's birthday. We had a great time! It wasn't crowded which was nice and there was no wait at all. The bar had a limited menu that day, so we just ordered pizza, but it tasted great! The staff was kind enough to give my sister many birthday wishes and even a free prize from the arcade. After we bowled we stopped by the arcade. There were only a few games out of order, most worked :)

This place has gone to hell. Not even trying to complain. But got yelled at for using our own shoes bc of "their insurance reasons", can't play more than 2 games because we have to share lanes(when it's not busy at all) the kitchen isn't even open so we had to get burnt chicken tenders and fries from the movie theater side.Don't see us coming back ever. 0/10

******DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!*****This place will waste your time, money, and patience.My family shows up to bowl and was told it's an hour wait. No problem, we decided to play in the arcade while we waited. Most of the games are out of order and cost a lot of credits to play. You would scan your card, it would take your credits and not work. The staff had an attitude about refunding credits on broken games. They are also understaffed, so you wait an above average amount of time for any service.After waiting the hour we check back for our lane and was told it was now a 4 hour wait because people reserving lanes online knocked us out of place. Um, excuse me?! It's not a fair system. Online and in person should be on the same list and not given false information. Needless to say, my family did not get to bowl.If you want to bowl in the Fredericksburg area, GO TO AMF BOWLING instead. If you want to play arcade games, GO TO FUNLAND instead. DO NOT GIVE BUSINESS TO THIS PLACE!

I hope corporate reads this because this location and many of their locations are poorly ran by these greedy people. I feel bad for the employees and the people that come here to waste money for a terrible experience. They are severely understaffed due to not paying employees properly. Everytime we have visited it’s hard to get any service or help because the limited staff they have. They are overworked trying to keep up with everything. I have five kids and brought my wife so I thought to play in their arcade since there was a 4 hour wait for their bowling alley. We spent $186 for 6 play cards and half of the arcade is out of service! The games that were available cost “4 to 8 credits”which is $1 to $2, that is price gouging at its fullest at an arcade full of games that don’t work and really dirty because corporate can’t staff appropriately. Please pay your employees, hire more workers, stop worrying so much of your profit margins because you will lose customers because your service and product is really poor and you are roping off customers with the amount of costs for a poor experience. I don’t blame anyone but corporate and it needs to be corrected immediately! I will begin to build awareness for other victims until you start caring more about your customers and your employees instead how to gain maximum profits for a terrible experience to the people you are collecting from.

Wanted to bowl with the kids, but never got the chance. When we arrived this afternoon, we were put on a list and told it was going to be an hour wait. I had to pay in advance for our games and shoes.After an hour and a half and $100 later in the arcade I went and checked to see how much longer. I was told at least another hour and half or 2 hours! WHAT? I asked for my money back. The young lady processed my refund and told me it would be 5-7 days before my card was credited back. This is insane. They need to do a better job of setting time expectations or something. Think we'll try the other bowling alley up the street next time.

We didn’t have that great of a first experience. Our waiter came to check on us ONLY to get our drink orders and to bring them back. Meanwhile, he was taking shots behind the bar. The food was good and it was fun with friends. Overall, we probably won’t come back here, unless the environment improves.

Service at the bar was terrible. Roughly 10 people sitting at bar and it took approximately 15 minutes to get a drink, of which someone else asked the bartender to serve us. Previous plates, wine glasses and service tickets still in front of us 30 minutes after arriving. Severely understaffed or untrained. Not even packed for a Saturday night so the management here is certainly lacking.Addendum: Reserved a lane at 7:08pm and was it would be a 45 minute wait. Check on the status of our lane at 8:08pm and was told our lane was given away. Will not patronize this establishment ever again and I strongly suggest you do not either, unless you enjoy aggravation and disappointment.
